I have reviewed the response made
by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I paid two-days shipping when I placed the order on 1/28/I called my credit card company (Citibank) to dispute it on 2/3/since I hadn't received it thenA few days later I got the itemI called Mint Models to request return and refundThey issued me a return label and the item was returned to them on 2/24/But I did not receive refund. I called Citibank and they worked with Mint ModelsCitibank sent me a letter me on 4/24/indicating Mint Models would issue refund check to me. I haven't not received the checkI have been very patient. Who is unreasonable here? Hope you could help me to get my money back and get the Mint Models do their business honestlyRegards, *** ***

Our phone number is clearly listed on every page of our website. After receipt of this complaint, I cancelled his order and his credit card was never charged,...

therefore there is no need for a refund.

Michelle stated: We won the credit card dispute as the consumer did not follow policy. We tried eveything we could to satisfy the customer and they are being unreasonable given they filed the complaint with the Revdex.com while we were in process of researching the issue.
