I am rejecting this response...
because: He still refuses to deal with the fact that his customer service is none existent. The fact that I had to call the police and that he was rude to me on several occasions proves my point. Also the fact that he tried to break contract. Yes the work was great however that doesn't give him the right to treat me the way he did.

I did nothing wrong in that job. I have not heard one complaint about the painting. The job is finished and paid. There may have been a conflict with me and the customer's personality, but nothing to do with the workmanship.
