I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I regret that the situation has become so heated, but I have been wrongedThe service that I received was sub par, and not deserving of the price that they chargedI was treated with a lack of consideration for my physical comfortThis is the first time I have ever been to this establishment, and only set up an appointment because my usual hairdresser was bookedThe owner said my friend made three calls to the salon - these were an attempt to contact the ownerI never heard from the owner: there were no missed calls on my phone during this period, and I have yet to receive an emailMy demeanor after the haircut reflected my attempt to be polite in a tense situationNothing else in the owner’s response is accurateI was there for each of the follcalls, and telling the manager that I would contact the Revdex.com to complain and leave a bad review is not a “vicious threat,” it is the only way a poorly treated customer can seek justice and warn other potential victims of a company’s wrongdoingJust because I was emotional at the time and try to avoid confrontation does not mean I have a mental illnessI do not know who *** ** is, and therefore do not know what the owner is alluding toI want to make it clear that this matter is open and unresolvedRegards, *** ***

I want to respect that for you as well as we have always encouraged people to be true to themselves. Anyway I wanted to reach out and speak with you regarding your service. There's seems to be a lot of confusion on Rachel's end as she asked you about the temperature of the water, asked if you wanted more cut, and stopped the blow dry when you felt uncomfortable. She is a top tier educator stylist with education done across the country, Canada, and Europe, these complaints are very unlike a seasoned professional. I wanted to open up communication with you regarding this. I am sorry you felt that you couldn't speak up and speak with Rachel about your desires and feeling. Again we work with someone with anxiety so we totally understand. I feel that we were as accommodating as possible during your service by asking your opinion each step of the way.  We have also been accommodating in regards to helping you feel comfortable with your service including offering a partial refund for the blow dry portion of your service as well as an additional cut with one of our other providers to remove the additional length you wanted cut off. Because of this, I want to ask you if this is regarding the cost of the service. If you were unaware of our prices and was upset with them in the end we can also chat about that. I'm very open to working with people and their budgetary concerns. Just let me know! Thank you so much for your time regarding this and I look forward to resolving this concern with you. Xo  Jordan  We believe this is not an isolated incident as the complaints were provided by her boyfriend w** was harassing the salon on the p**ne. His threats were vicious t**ugh he was not even the client. This client left smiling and laughing after her service. Her complaint is impossible from such a simple wash, cut, and blow dry by such an advanced stylist. There were other client's and stylists in the salon that saw and heard Tavhel calming asking her about the temperature as well as the length of her cut. She also stopped blowdrying after she said it hurt her.  Her complaint on here as well as the other three or four p**ne calls from her boyfriend are all different stories. We tried to kindly remedy the situation but I never heard back from [redacted]. I again will not stand for this type of bullying. We believe this complaint is connected to our past complaint regarding [redacted].

To whom it may concern;   this complaint is false. This woman signed a contact stating her service was $350 and any additional retouched would be $150. She was brought to court for theft of service as she received the service and walked out of the salon and drove off in a hurry. She stole...

from the salon as well as the service provider. Her history in Rochester NY is just that, a thief. She is an accomplished scam artist and we will not stand to be bullied by her.Her service was done on time and appropriately. She liked her end result as well. End of story she stole services, we took her to court and now she is angry that we didn't back down to her bullying like the rest of the businesses in Rochester she's taken advantage of have. She also was given a stay awy warning from the the judge who ruled her guilty, this complaint will be submitted to the courts. thank you for your time,  Jordan G.
