*** *** got several deliveries and paid on different credit cards. He wanted to get a delivery and when the truck started delivering he told the driver to leave.When he got the bill he decided to charge back a delivery on a credit card used for a different transaction. I was on the
phone with the credit card company and *** and they told him he should not charge back a delivery that he accepted was good and already paid for. He charged that back and got confused and sent a check for that chargeback amount.Meanwhile the chargeback came out of our account from the initial chargeback.*** got confused with the different banks that he had cards with, but still wanted to charge back all cards.Once all the chargebacks and checks got straightened out, he was issued a refund check from Ariba Oil. At the beginning we tried to work out the charges but he had his own ideas that conflicted with what his bank told him on a three way conversation with me.If *** had allowed the delivery and not starting mailing checks and initiating chargebacks this would never have been a problem.We make tens of thousands of deliveries a year, unfortunately *** and his ideas on deliveries, checks, banks, and credit cards got everything confused.Refund was issued

However, I do not agree with the explanation of the events as provided by Ariba.Since Ariba has issued a refund, I do not wish to pursue this matter any further.Thank you
