We are unable to verify that this resident was charged a $insufficient funds fee do to her parking charge on her account No such charge exists on her ledger We have reached out to this resident via phone and email and are awaiting a response to ensure her concerns have been addressed

We sincerely apologize for the delay in returning the refund to this applicant Due to an ownership change, it took longer than expected to find the original payment We remained in contact with this individual and as of Friday, Sept15th, they received their refund in full

We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this resident complaint We have been in contact with [redacted] regarding these issues as well as the other resident in the apartment home that expressed no known concerns when we reached out to them directly [redacted] is aware of the upcoming treatment schedule in place with the next date of service scheduled for Thursday, November 16th We will continue to work with our pest vendor as well as remain in close communication with [redacted] and the other resident We were also made aware of the complaint that was filed with the Health Department and have remained compliant with their requests for applicable documentation Since we are actively addressing these issues, we are unable to provide [redacted] the refund of half of her rent as requested As for the warped blinds, we were able to replace those sooner than expected This issue has been resolved as was confirmed with a telephone conversation with [redacted] last week
