Mint Vintage Store

Review: I gave under the stores contract clothing, jewelry, watches and perfume to a consignment store called Mint in Tenafly, NJ. The owner is a scam artist where you are told one thing by her and her employees and they do another. I called to extend my contract with this stores several times which I was told was being done. The last time I called I was told the contract expired and my items were gone and it was never extended again and my items were donated or given away as presents. I would have never let it expire and be donated or given away as I would have asked for my merchandise back so I could then donate it or give it away to my friends as a gift or get a tax write off! I never received the money that I should have for the times sold and I just called the owner and she hung up and me and told me "she doesn't have time for this". I would either like my unsold items back which I have an itemized list for or the money for them as they were all brand new items with tags on it or in a box.Desired Settlement: My money for the items that were sold as well as my items I put on consignment that didn't sell back. If they no longer have the items then they can refund me for the value of them. They all were new and had tags on them.
