Yes, perhaps you are correct.? It is very unclear between the two company's.? We solely dealt with George B [redacted] who was the original owner of Berry's Drilling, however, he sold his business (prior to drilling for us) to Scott [redacted] ? with [redacted] .? When we have contacted George Berry, he is unable to help us, because he does not deal with the money, Scott [redacted] ? does.? Though our check was made out to Berry Drilling.? I was trying not to use names in my complaint to abide by your confidentiality statement.? I have attached the Bill and it is from Berry Drilling

In July/August of 2016, Berry Drilling, under ownership of *** *** drilled wells on our property Unfortunately the first well did not produce water A second well was dug, with our approval, while we were away on vacation I am unclear of what the outcome of the 2nd well was at the time of drilling as we were away, but were told there was enough flow to sustain building our new home When we arrived home we were advised that we needed to install a well pump in order to test the flow rate of the well, something that I believe should have happened before the well drilling truck had left the property Upon purchasing and installing the pump, the well was found to only produce 1/gallon a minute, which is not enough to sustain a home without additional costs like adding a UV filtration system and a holding tank Thus we were unable to build our home due to the financial burden of these added expenses Had we known the well only produced 1/gallon a minute, we nev
