On June 21st 2016 while I was away in business trip, my wife when to Minter's Golf Carts and purchased a 2012 Club Car. They advertise their golf carts but no pricing. Their price look like change according to the customer. They charged her $3,901.36 and she paid for few upgrades plus they said will change the seat because of cigarette burn. They delivered without doing any of what they agreed and got paid for. The next day of the delivery my wife come home and saw the golf cart and called them to come and do what they agreed. A few weeks after the delivery the batteries went dead without the yellow battery light coming on. According to the manual this is a problem possibly with the on board computer.
Minter's golf cart sales business are in the same category of a crooked use car salesmen. They prey on innocent "victims" to get money out of them. I do not recommend them.

Review: WE HAVE A GOLF CART THATS NEEDED A NEW CHARGER SO WE WENT TO MONITERS GOLF CART SALES IN TAPPAHANOCK VA AND PURCHASED A NEW ONE ON 5/13/16 THE CHARGER CORD ON THE THE NEW CHARGER DID NOT MATCH MY GOLF CART SO MINTERS TOOK MY OLD CHARGER CORD AND PUT IT ON THE NEW CHARGER AT THIS TIME WE CAME HOME TO CHARGE OUR GOLF CART WHICH THE NEW CHARGER WAS OVER CHRAGING AND WOULD NOT CUT OFF PER ANOTHER GOLF CART DEALER AND THEY SAID NEW CHARGER WAS BAD SO WE CONTACTED MINTERS AND THEY SAID THEY COULDNT DO ANYTHING FOR US WE WOULD HAVE TO CONTACT THE MANUFATOR FOR THE NEW CHARGER WHICH WAS MADJAX WHICH WE DID WE TOLD THEM THE WHOLE PROBLEM AND WE HAD TO SEND THE BAD CHARGER TO THEM TO TEST IT WELL PER MADJAX SINCE MINTERS HAS ALLTERED IT BY PUTING A DIFFERENT CORD ON IT MADJAX SAID IT WAS MINTERS RESPONSIBILITY TO FIX THE SITUATION WELL WE HAVE CONTACTED MINTERS NUMEROUS OF TIMES AVD TALKED TO BECKY WITH NO PREVAIL IN HELPING US AT ALL THE CHARGER THAT WE BOUGHT FROM MINTERS AND MINTERS CHANGED THE CORD PER BECKY THE THREW THE CORD AWAY WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE THE CHARGER COST $409.50 BECKY IS SAYING THERE IS NO WARRANTY BUT NO WHERE ON THERE RECIPT IT SAYS THAT WE HAVE COPIES OFF THE RECEIPTDesired Settlement: WE WOULD LIKE A REFUND OF THE $409.50 SINCE WE HAD TO GO ELSEWHERE TO BY A CHARGER FROM A LEGITAMATE COMPANY SINCE THEY WARRANTY PRODUCTS
