Sent three e-mails over four days and No call backs. Called to ask about the best price because I live about 650 mile from dealer ship and was told is the best price. Not much Help. Thanks

Review: I called to inquire on a Honda that was available on the company's website. My call was answered by a "Stacy" whom was initially not friendly but became so very nice when discovering my interest. I told her exactly what was going on - Credit, vehicle trade in options, the fact that they were over 3 hours from me but I was willing to drive. She then gave false hope in that they could assist with financing and would even accept my car and I wouldnt need to trade my truck also. She reeled me in - got ALL my private info & income to pull my credit, said she would " review this with her manager who just pulled up"A month later and a hard hit inquiry on my credit and I'm STILL awaiting a call. I called last week and simply requested a call back and explaination, I got neither. Even having the cash to buy a vehicle out right now - I'd NEVER recommend such crappy people to anyone, much less give my hard earned money to a typical LYING car dealership.Desired Settlement: Close business.

Worst dealer ever had a deal all done and approved agreed with all there stuff, then they sold the truck out from under us, they lie the salesman james was a drunk horrible service wont call people back. mike the owner is a used car salesman piece of crap. dont buy a car from these people unless you want to be lied too!!!! worst dealership I have ever!!! gives all car guys a bad name. dont do business here
