To start with the secretary was not helpful or friendlyIt was very unpleasant speaking with herThere is poor customer service and the statements printed for billing are generic with no phone number or date of serviceWhen I asked the secretary said they do not put those very basic and necessary things on their statementsI was told I would be called back which did not happenWhen I called to cancel business she was not a bit concerned with whyI felt as if this was usual for themAs I was asking if I needed a confirmation number for cancellation she hung up on meVery poor service, periodI would not recommend this business to anyone
New Leaf Landscape is a company who is not trying to please the customer. Only to make money. They did not smooth the surface before laying the sod. They did not remove weeds or till the surface. I had weeds popping up within the first week. They did not tamp the dirt after they installed the spin led system and I had to call them back to fill in the undulations. The guy shows up and asks where, when you can plainly see where they were. I still have many large low spots in my yard. I will have to call another landscaper to take care of the problem. They did not show me how to set the sprinkler system or how to change the spray pattern on the sprinkler heads. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
