OCH billed for ofc visit from 09/09/15,I paid on 11/28/15, then insurance paid claim, have contacted OCH monthly for refund since 12/16/15, no refund
OCH billed for an office visit with DrDillard in Carthage, MOon 09/09/15, $which should have been paid by my insurance After 2nd notice from OCH, I sent them a check, #8433, on 11/28/On 12/16/the insurance paid, I called them & they wanted a copy of the EOB, which I sentOn 1/7/I called about getting my refund & was told they were holding it against a claim from 8/4/I checked & the insurance had paid claim from 8/4/I called on 3/2/& was told that they owed me $plus another $which they had collected in error, & that it had been sent to Beth to be paid On 4/19/I still did not have refund & called again, they said they would expedite the paymentI called again in May, told them that I would give them two weeks then I was filing a complaint Now it is July 31st, I still don't have a refun
