Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response MAY satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] I have received a letter dated 5/11/from MinuteClinic promising to send me a refund check no later than 5/25/ I appreciate the admission of fault, but am somewhat concerned that they did not see fit to enclose the promised check with the letter I received Nevertheless, I am prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt and will await receipt of their check I would prefer to wait until such receipt to release my claim with Revdex.com, but given your necessity that I respond within ten days and realizing that a lack of response on my part is in effect an unconditional release, I choose instead to accept the LANGUAGE of their proposed settlement I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved, but rest assured that if I do not receive the promised reimbursement in timely fashion, I will file new complaint with you! Thank you for forwarding Ms [redacted] ’ complaint MinuteClinic leadership has spoken to the patient to clarify the lab test ordered and reminded Ms [redacted] that the bill she is receiving is from the lab, not MinuteClinic Further, Ms [redacted] was advised that her insurance company’s denial of the lab bill is an issue she needs to discuss with her insurer, and relates to the contract between the insurance company and the lab, a relationship which does not involve MinuteClinic MinuteClinic has reviewed the patient’s chart and has determined that issuance of the lab order was clinically appropriate and in accordance with the standard of medical care

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] On 4-27-I received a call from Minute clinic that they will take of the $charge that [redacted] Clinic had sent me as it was a test that I did not authorize The case was closed by your organization I paid the $copayment that was required (see attachment) On 5-15-I received a statement from [redacted] clinic (statement was dated 5-8-17) There was still a $charge on my account (see attachment) I called today (5-15-17) to see if that charge was still on my account Per their system, the charge was still there I called *** (the person who told me it would be taken care of on 4-27-17) and she said should would resubmit it So I would appreciate if you would reopen this case as the payment has not been handled by Minute Clinic Thank youRegards, [redacted]
