As a first-time customer of Minuteman Press of Kernersville, NC, I dropped into their shop recently with a small, time-sensitive print job related to a presentation at an upcoming national conference. The conference sponsors belatedly indicated that participants in their "poster sessions" should bring a physical poster to serve as a backdrop in a small booth set-up. Minuteman's Bryan presented an attentive, sympathetic ear to my request and oriented me to both the size limitation of printing the poster locally and he assisted supportively as we digitally transferred the title slide of my presentation into his system, where he quickly produced the exact landscape-oriented product that I needed.
