Review: I [redacted] part owner of The Hookah Experience in sacramento ca had ordered and paid for a sign from [redacted] owner of minute man press in Rancho Cordova ca in the end of april beginning of may the sign was supposed to be completed and put up befor the end of may and to this 7/06/2015 the sign is still not put up and I have tried multiple times to get ahold of [redacted] and he ignores all of my calls all I want from him now is a refund and he is still ignoring my callsDesired Settlement: I [redacted] just want my money back so I can get another company to do my sign

Review: The estimate was given to us by Minute Press owner ([redacted]) on 01/06/2014 for amount of 976.50 to place signage and banners for our new business located in [redacted]. every four to five day one person came and attempted to place some signage but nothing got done till today's date. The work is not even half done. Approached the business over the phone and in person, no reason was given but continue to promise us that the job will get done. deposit was given in the amount of 450.00 about three weeks ago...please assist.Desired Settlement: They received $450 deposit three weeks ago, I would like they money back so I can ask someone else to finish the job.

To whom it may concern,

There was a complaint filed against myself and my business "Minuteman Press Rancho Cordova" on Friday February 7th by [redacted]. This complaint is not founded in truth. The reasoning behind the delay in completion of the sign work was due to the deposit payment check, first being filled out incorrectly and post dated, and then bouncing upon deposit. In regard to the work being "not even half done" this is false. The work that the $976.50 is billed for is done and a balance of $526.50 is still owed to me. The reasoning behind [redacted]'s dissatisfaction is based ,as far as I can tell, on the fact that another customers signage was done completely and on time. This customer paid up front and in full, in turn their work was given priority. Not only has [redacted] not paid the balance due for the work already completed, but he has requested to pay in installments over a fuzzy time table and only once the job was completed. The job is now complete and we have received no payment.

Review: An order for business cards with placed with and paid in full to the owner, [redacted], on 03/01/2016. He promised to deliver the order with-in a weeks time. When it wasn't delivered he was contacted to find out why. Numerous excuses later, as of 07/23/2016, the order has still not been delivered. Refund requests have been made both verbal and written, yet [redacted] continues to merely ignore the request. Minuteman Press International was contacted and I was referred to the Regional Vice President, [redacted] After 3 contacts with Mr. [redacted] 06/26/2016, 07/01/2016 & 07/11/2016, it became clear that he was also not going to do anything to resolve the issue. A final written request of refund was sent on 07/11/2016 with a copy to both Mr. [redacted] and the corporate office in Farmington New York. As of 07/23/20116, there has been no response from anyone.Desired Settlement: Refund of my order in the amount of $424.94
