Booked our vehicle in for hail damage in early July as recommended by our insurance companyThe vehicle was done within a few days and we picked it up only to see that Fix Auto had done an exterior and interior cleanInitially I was happy with the work until my wife noticed the shifter was missing a plastic pieceWe located the broken piece in the glove box with no note or explanation as to how it brokeWe took the vehicle back and the conversation was to see if warranty would cover it and if not to bring it back and see if they would pay for itLater that week my wife again noticed the auto headlight switch was completely pushed in and not workingI phoned about that and once again was told to bring it in and they would look at it
The point is, I never asked to have the interior detailed and then subject myself to multiple visits to Fix Auto to have them look at itNot sure who the detailer is but I would suspect some training is requiredI will never take my vehicle back there againThe Dealership will fix everything under warranty but what a bunch of running around for something they didAs a work of caution, don't have your vehicle detailed there
I had a significant amount of hail damage on my SUV, all small dents but, at least one dent in each quarter panel, several on the hood and a lot of the roof. The staff were professional friendly and efficient. I was told they would need my vehicle for 3 days but, they were able to get it done in 1.5 days and that included a full interior and exterior detailing that they do. My vehicle looks brand new again, I am very happy with their work. Repairs have a lifetime warranty and I get free car washes by appt as well.
