I tried to call to resolve the situation, but by the time I got a response e-mail, another $was pulled from our accountI was willing to walk away from the project and leave $unpaid, but I can't walk away from $10,If the customer wants to write another check or reverse that payment from the credit card issuer, we will write up a letter and immediately pull the mechanics lien. As far as the fake signature, they are the only ones who signed the contract, and they signed the contract, no reason to forge a signature. The siding installation is good, done professionally and sealed upThey don't like that I filed a mechanics lien which I may now have to raise to meet the additional withheld paymentThat is the next step. Thanks,Christopher ** M***

This is the customers complaint to the attorney general and my responseIt is the exact letter written to the attorney generalThis is ridiculousThese people owe $but simply want to "beat" the contractorThis is not the first time this has happened with these people, they probably have
at least one complaint with the Revdex.com on a minimum of one other contractor, but maybe twoThese people are reacting to the mechanics lien I filed once I realized what they were trying to doSome customers aren't good people, it is not just contractors! We've been a Revdex.com member for years and have never had a complaint that I am aware of, because we take care of our customers when they have a problem and I would have done that with these people too, but they became increasingly difficult to deal with and stepped on all of my employees and sub-contractors toesThese people have been a nightmare to deal with! Thanks,Chris
