Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] After several attempts to have the [redacted] properly repaired, it was not done The employee kept insisting it was something that "just happened" and there was nothing he could do about it I finally insisted that I speak with the business owner He told me that he had used the ***, as well as members of his family, and there was no problem (The employee told me that he and his family had also used the [redacted] and felt there was no problem, even after I showed him exactly what my concern was!)Because no resolution was coming from the business, I told the owner that if the problem was not settled that day before I left the store, it would have to be settled in small claims court At this point, the owner asked what we had originally paid for the ***, $140, and told his employee to reimburse me $for the ***, which I acceptedI would definitely not recommend this business to others Regards, [redacted]
