resultAny time after those days, hair has the ability to adapt to other elements such as UV rays, outdoor elements and shampoos that will tamper with the chemical that has been applied.Laura offered to fix Ms***'s hair color even after the days and she refused to have it, she also has been doing Ms.***'s hair for years and this is the first on any kind of complaint Laura has had about her color service.We will stand by our day policy and cannot offer a refund due to that. Ms*** had immediate days to come in, call or email Laura before she left town for the wedding she mentioned and would have been more than willing to work with the problem noticed. Laura would not like to be contacted anymore by Ms***She continues to bully and harass her after Laura has given her all options of it being fixedWe do not give refunds, our time and product as well as our knowledge we are known for as a salon is valuableThank you.
