I requested this service be cancelled before the last year ended. They make you jump thru all kinds of hoops, and I still don't know if it is cancelled. If you try to contact them you are subjected to multiple choice questions that don't even match your situation.
Why make it so hard to cancel? I never used any of their services.
Satifactory resolution: CANCEL MY ACCOUNT.
I am not above seeking legal action if necessary.

Review: I have never ordered any product from the company. However the company deducted money from my bank account for four times.

On Jan.23rd I was deducted twice, every time I lost $84.97, It occurred again on Feb.23rd. So I totally lost $339.88. They sent me four bottles of their products. I called them four times. However they just wanted I returned the last two bottles, they thought the first two bottles of products have been out of expiration to be refunded. However I don't think it is reasonable. At first I did not order the products. If I thought the products had high quality I would have opened and eaten it. In fact I did not touch the stuff and they are still in original situation now. It is impossible for me to order the second two bottles again. They think I should return the first two bottles earlier, unfortunately, during that period I traveled with my son in other states. My son came here to spend his winter holiday from China. So I feel very sad and in deep depression. I don't want to do anything. Maybe just because I am a foreign people. I can't argue with them. I really don't know how to do. I believe you can help me.Desired Settlement: I have already contacted the company four times. I have already returned all products from the company. I just want to refund all my money into my bank account.

Review: I responded to an on-line advertisement on Google that implied Google was sponsoring or at least approving of the merchant who is in this case Mira Health, [redacted] of [redacted].I ordered, on-line, their free trial of [redacted] and used my [redacted] to pay for the shipping and handling which came to $5.99.Unfortunately I did not read all of the terms and conditions which state unless I contact them within 14 days of the beginning date of the transaction, I automatically authorize them to bill me at $84.97 per month every month until I notify them to the contrary.[redacted] was helpful. They said most of their client companies are very understanding and will issue a Confirmation Number authorizing [redacted] to remove the billing.This is not true with Mira Health. They have another company, Innovative, LLC which handles their phone complaints and I could tell by the way they used canned or prepared speeches that they are very accustomed to handling complaints about their billing.The bottom line is they refuse to be responsible for my ignorance and claim that [redacted] will back them 100% even though they are operating a scam [charging $5.99 + $84.99) for 60 pills that I can get from [redacted] for a little more than the shipping charges.This is a SCAM. They prey upon unsuspecting people knowing the majority of us do not fine read the "terms and conditions." Simply call them, you will b able to comprehend this by their smug and arrogant behavior. They have become experts at taking advantage of people such as myself.I have just followed their "conditions" by returning the unused product via an RMA which they claim will remove the $84.97 from my [redacted] account however I have just read on "Rip Off" an on-line complaint service that this company will still not issue the credit even though I have followed their instructions.Meanwhile, [redacted] has already paid them.Desired Settlement: Companies like this are disreputable. They are making a fortune off of unsuspecting people. They need to be closed down or forced to put their automatic billing [after 14 days of the date you sign up on the internet] on their website in bold, big words.I am appalled that [redacted] would allow them to use their service; this does not speak well for the credibility of [redacted] in vetting their clients.

Review: After completing a survey online I was offered a "free gift" that I was asked to pick. I clicked on a product of the business: Garcinia Cambogia. I filled out the address information and then was told I needed to submit a credit card # because I was required to pay for shipping. I did so and then received the product. This week, I received the product again and was charged $84. 97. I called the business and requested to return the item. I asked why I received the product and they said that when I originally requested my free gift I automatically signed up for auto refill. I was completely unaware of this. There was no noticeable indication that I was signing up for auto refill.

While reviewing charges on my credit card I saw that I was charged $84.97 on January 28th. When I called to inquire about why I was charged I was informed that I infact did not sign up for a free gift, but only a 2 week trial for the product. If I did not call to cancel, I would be billed for the complete amount. I find this reprehensible and very unethical. I have attempted to call and speak with a supervisor, but they will not allow me to speak with one.Desired Settlement: I wish to be refunded the total amount of $84.97.
