This is a follow on from the original complaintI called *** customer service who got me in touch with a *** certified dishwasher specialistThey came out to the house and diagnosed the machine as having a bad control boardThey ordered a new control board, it got installed and the machine is NOW running fine, no thanks to MrAbu B*** who has still not returned my callMrB*** should know that I have already addressed the issue with *** *** Warranty and I have been reimbursed for the second call (of a repair person)plus cost of partsThis issue is not about *** *** WarrantyThis is about the integrity of MrB*** who told us that there WAS something wrong with the heater on the machine but told *** *** Warranty something different then doesn't return the numerous calls made to himThe least MrB*** could have done was to call us to explain why he told us something different than what he told *** *** WarrantyThis as well as the fact that there really was something wrong with the machine (fixed the second time around) tells me a lot about this person's integrity and lack of expertise to properly diagnose the problem with my dishwasher
I Abu B[redacted] of Mira Home Repairs was sent by Choose Home Warranty on J[redacted]ary 4th 2016 to do a diagnose on a dishwasher which customer complain that dishwasher is not working. I check, diagnose and ran a whole cycle on the dishwasher. The Dishwasher was able to finish the whole cycle with no...
mechanical failure. I do a lot of jobs for [redacted] warranty and I will get paid by the warranty company when I diagnose a problem and fix the problem. I we submit a diagnose and customer don't agree with the diagnose they can call the warranty company for a second opinion and they send another technician to do a diagnose at no cost which I do all the time. I also think [redacted] *'[redacted] should contact the warranty Company they sign a contract with I am just a technician sent by the warranty company if you don't like my diagnose they will send you another technician for an opinion.
Choice Home Warranty sent this contractor to my house from Mira Home Repairs his name is Abu B[redacted] k[redacted]. He flooded my basement and was very unprofessional. He blamed me for my water heater flooding my basement. He didn't fix the issue and didn't offer me back my service fee. When I called back for my refund he agreed to it and said its ONLY $45 dollars. Than when contacting him a week later he curses me out saying he don't know where I came from but I need to contact my Choice Home warranty company which actually told me to contact the him directly to get my refund back. He refused to give me the managers number and said he doesn't have it. Also there's nothing about the company online so for Choice home warranty to use them that is unprofessional and horrible. I had to dry up my basement and still have to pay the person for not fixing anything.
