Worst online shopping experience and support!
I'm so disappointed about Mira safety, I don't know where to start...
I ordered the Tactical Air Purifier Mask (TAPR). On the picture, the included website description was written the mask comes with filter, harness and all the other items. I was super happy and couldn't wait for it! It took almost 2 months to arrive, what is ridiculous and special to blame it on Covid... The package only included the mask (body).

I reached out to the support via mail, and they told me this is basically my problem. I couldn't believe that, really you advertise ELITE SERVICE... I wrote again with pictures of the purchase and the supposed included material. No one replied anymore... I tried chat, phone, email and contact form. After another 1.5 months finally some one decided to reply... I was very upset and disappointed how they treated law enforcement employees... and told them. Finally they agreed to refund the amount after sending it back... another 2 weeks.

The interesting thing is, after some time, I found the same product again for 75 dollars and I made a screenshot and sent it to them if this is now really with everything, but as expected, they screw up again.

Smart would have been to send me the missing material, this would be a good customer support.

HORRIBLE customer support and service, product and to have the audacity to blame every failer on Covid... come on.

Sent used/nonfunctional/broken equipment
Scam. Spent approx $400.00 on two dosimeters. They came used and nonfunctional. Company would not respond to hails to correct issue. Thankfully sorted with my credit card company and got my money back. 4 months later they are contacting me to return thier broken junk. Hilariously incompetant--avoid at all costs.

MIRA Safety, has ignored my inquires as of this date
I have multiple orders with MIRA Safety, they are:
74028 (only a small portion has been sent).
74041 No part of the order has been received
74031 No part of the order has been received
Please respond to your intentions of order fulfillment. This ordeal has caused me great distress due to the nature of the products needed and personal expense.
I am hopeful for all orders to be received in full.

I ordered two gas masks from MIRA SAFETY of ***, , but had to cancel when these products reached the *** Border due to excessive expense of brokerage and customs duties. I contacted MIRA and was advised to contact the carrier, UPS, to send back parcels before delivery was attempted. I contacted UPS and received their confirmation that a "RETURN TO SENDER" label was being attached to each parcel and was being redirected back to MIRA SAFETY in ***, ***.

MIRA SAFETY head of Customer Care (Max) notified me that they would not refund my VISA payment on these two products for at least TWO WEEKS when parcels are in their warehouse due to concern to isolate potentially contaminated parcels. However, these parcels were last handled by MIRA SAFETY'S employees, sealed carried in trucks by UPS and were NEVER DELIVERED to me. I in no way have handled these parcels.

I interpret this excessive delay to using my money to sustain their business financially rather than provide a fair, equitable, and timely closure to this business procedure.

I object to MIRA'S refusal to speak to me about this procedure although I have emailed them more than a dozen times, attaching my telephone number at the end of each e-mail.

I demand a prompt refund on my Visa card as an indication of fair business dealings.

I have e-mailed MIRA SAFETY in ***, *** more than 25 times regarding the two orders placed. Each time I include my home telephone number, but I have NEVER been contacted directly by phone to assuage my concerns of receiving a refund for products ordered but returned through the normal delivery channels (private commercial carrier). Max or Roman at MIRA could put forward their DUE DILIGENCE by assuring me that the items being returned by the commercial carrier are insured and that MIRA will certainly be refunded. I understand that with COVID-19 concerns the time frames may be longer than usual. But this company is AVOIDING CONTACT! I have phoned eight times and get a disclaimer that they are not answering the phones due to COVID.

I am left with uncertainty of MIRA's commitment to "CUSTOMER CARE" and good business practice. On top of this all, I have ordered from OUT OF COUNTRY and feel more uncertain whether they in fact will honour FAIR TRADE, ETHICAL PRACTICES!!

I am left with no recourse, except in my business circles to share the grief that Max and Roman of MIRA SAFETY are now causing me.

I placed an order #15993 on 04/05/2020 due to the delay Mira Safety provided the option to cancel the order on a subsequent e-mail. Due to the extended delay, I try several times to call and learn the status of the order and to cancel without any success. For this reason, I sent an order cancellation e-mail request according to their communication and policies but did not receive any response, so I reply to my message for a second occasion and they respond that they cannot offer me a full refund because the filters have been packed (Not ship). Until this moment the mask is not available in inventory and filter have not been ship but they insist on providing a partial refund. As you would understand the filters are an accessory to the mask and do not make any sense to have the filters without a mask.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Today, I received the pre-paid shipping label and I shipped the merchandise back. Items were not used and are returned in the original package.

Once, I receive my full refund will update and close the complaint.

Ordered gas mask CM-6M from this company back in beginning of April including two filters. Waited till June to receive my mask without filters!!! Customer service then refused to honor return policy and return mask to company. Stuck with mask without filters and customer service will not respond on repeated calls and e-mails to resolve issue. Terrible!!!

I ordered a hazmat cbrn suit for 130 dollars. The suit never came. After 20 emails back and forth the company blamed the post office and stopped responding to my requests to send my products or return my money. This company should have resent the product that I did not recieve or should reimburse my money. I have been waiting months. I only want a refund from this company at this point

Hello, it appears that your package was stolen as it shows it was delivered as per USPS tracking. I would suggest contacting USPS and filing a claim that your package was stolen.

I'm very sorry for the inconvenience, but these things happen from time to time. Each package we ship has some insurance built in to protect consumers from theft, you would just have to call USPS with the tracking number and provide the needed information.

TThe package was not stolen. It was never delivered to my house.
I am rejecting this response because: I have already contacted the post office and they dont even have a tracking number for me. The tracking number was duplicated and the package was sent to the wrong address. I do not except this answer and want my product or my money

I have had a similar experience as the person below. it seems like this company is a glorified ponzi scheme to take advantage of people who were trying to prepare for the worst.

I have placed several orders with them last Jan 2020 and I have not received any shipping date until today (May 2020).
They sent me an email 2 weeks after delayed delivery stating that my package is not yet ready. After another 2 weeks sent me an email stating that they will send an expected delivery date once my masks are ready. Its already May 2020 and I still do not have any update if they already shipped my orders.

I submitted an online purchase order to this company on March 2, 2020. I no longer wish to wait for the products ordered , made several attempts to contact this company to absolutely NO response whatsoever to confirm cancellation of my order. Then I noticed after continued monitoring of their website, they’ve just recently tried to update their return policy to NO returns or refunds. Then added a statement saying if you don’t wish to wait don’t order! I just want my refund processed. I do not wish to purchase anything from this fraudulent company. The amount of my order was $1314.37 to be exact. I simply asked for a call to confirm my order was intact cancelled but now I know they are trying to steal my money for trying to sneak and change/ update their policy’s.

The refund was issued on March 23rd. It may take a few more days to process considering slowdowns across every industry with COVID-19. Attached is a screenshot proving that we refunded the full amount.

It’s been a month since I made an order with their company. They said they would keep me updated until the item ships no of that ever happen, and now 30 days later I’m still empty handed.
They have already taken my money from my bank.
No business should ever do that until your item ships.
They say they have 24/7 chat service I have contacted chat 3 times the girls face is on the screen but when I ask for my money. She never responds to me.
I have tried email several times telling them to send my money back to my credit card.....no one has ever emailed me back.
I have tried calling their phone number no one answers the phone and voice recording comes on the phone.
They give you all these options to communicate with them but it is a scam because there is no way possible to speak with someone.
