vehicle in question was broken down on highway Southbound North of Exit on January 8, 2018. The vehicle was locked and without keys. We were called out by th* *** *** *** *) to remove the vehicle from the highway because it was abandoned and in a hazardous location. We did not go out there on our own accord to tow this vehicle. We were sent out by the police as part of a rotation call to tow the vehicle off the highway. The possibility of this effecting the transmission is highly unlikely, especially for a reverse gearThe customer also came to pick up the vehicle the next day and drove off our lot without any problems. We did not hear about this problem until a week later. We feel that we are not responsible for any damages to this vehicle and therefor will not be paying to have it repaired

I am rejecting this response because:I called Mirabellis on the way home at 5:pm and told them my car is not taking the gears properly and does not reverse when I put it in the reverse gear/shift that was on the 8th of January I dropped off my vehicle to Adt Automotive in New Haven to get a diagnosticsI had to get a car rental from *** in Hamden Ct on the 9th of JanuaryI again called Mirabellis on the 10th of January and told them again about my vehicle not driving properly and that I had to leave it at an automotive shop to be looked atOne of the managers at Mirabellis told me to call them back after it was diagnosed , I did I called back a week later after it was diagnosed on the 15th of January and told them what Adt and Hamden Transmission also looked at it and said it was towed improperly due to Mirabellis negligence of towing it wrong they ruined my transmissionI had to pay $2,for a used transmission, parts and labor that go with that job, while my truck was in the shop I had to pay $for a car rentalI again called Mirabellis on the 17th of January to tell them I was going to make a Revdex.com complaint and proceed with legal fees, they said go headIn all I called times to Mirabellis to tell them about my truckI have phone records proving thatI have my bills from Adt Automotive and Enterprise car rentalI have letters one from *** *** stating what happened and also a letter from Adt AutomotiveAdt Automotive did my transmission jobI had to pay weeks worth of rental car fees. So yes Mirabellis is responsible for the damages they caused to my Gmc Acadia AWD truckMy truck was working beautiful right before they towed it, I had to reverse my truck backwards on the emergency lane on the highway, so yes my truck was reversing and driving 100% perfect before they towed it
