Poor Customer Service from the store to the corporate office. After 4 weeks, I have yet to receive a call.On 2/28/2016 at about 9:00 am, I attempted to place an order at the drive thru window of the Burger King on Austin Peay. After 5 attempts and the employee continuing to get the order wrong I left the window and went inside. Once I got inside they still could not get my order right. I told the young lady, I simply want meat and bread. The manager walked out and was very rude and unprofessional. She argued with me continuously in front of my children. I asked her for the corporate number she told me I would have to wait after waiting with my children for more 10 minute she still did not acknowledge or offer the number. After I asked the employee for her name no response and the employees did not want to give me her name either. They actually gave me a fake name Ms. White after talking to the Phil from the corporate office the name was false. Phil was just as rude and unprofessional as she was. Phil had his DM call me and I told her the situation and she stated that she would call me back the next morning and didn't. It been more than four weeks and no one has called me to resolve my compliant. I have filed a compliant through the 1800 number 4 times and each time they tell me they are going to escalate. I have called the corporate office in Memphis, and Miami and have yet to receive a response. I have even left messages for Phil with no response. I left messages for his boss and even the HR Director. If this is not the epitome of poor customer service and unprofessionalism what is? And have yet to apologize for the action of the associate in the presence of my children.Desired SettlementAn apologize from Burger King and the associate for the poor customer, unprofessionalism, and aggressive behavior of the manager, and burger king as a whole for disregarding my grievance, with appropriate accommodations for time and the meal my kids didn't receive.Business Response I have contacted Mr. [redacted] and addressed the issues that he was having with our service. I apologized to him for our lack of CARE and inability to get back with him in a timely manner. We have since changed our flow for guest complaints so that we can have a better response time.
