In response to the customer's response to our response1- We were not aware the customer had canned in product to their heating tank. If the customer has their receipts for the fuel purchased at their local gas station we will reimburse the customer for the expense. If we had know the customer was out of fuel we would have sent a service technician to the customer's home to can in product to the fuel tank until the driver could have safely delivered the fuel. The fuel delivery driver did not feel the conditions were safe when he initially attempted to deliver the product, as we stated in our initial reply. Safety is very important to Mirabito Energy Products. . 2- In response to the furnace - We would like to offer the customer a free cleaning of their heating until and at that time Mirabito could install the Gremlin-, the fuel monitoring device, and review with customer how the gremlin monitor works. The customer can contact us to schedule the service call or we can contact the customer to schedule the service call.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I was without heating fuel for two days! I had to drive to a local gas station to fill up cans with diesel fuel so that I could start up my furnace and I had to bleed the fuel line myself. the company promised to provide a fuel gremlin and to date has not followed through with that service in addition I want a telephone call the day in advance of delivery to give me fair time to sand the driveway so this driver does not fail to deliver my fuel in a timely manner again. I am currently running below half a tank of fuel and I don't expect to run out again or the only acceptable resolution to me is a full refund of the money paid Regards, *** ***

Customer called on the 29th for fuelMirabito attempted the delivery on the 29th at 5:pm but the customer’s driveway was too icy and the driver was not able to make the delivery due to the driveway conditions. The customer was contacted by Paul-
Mirabito Customer Service Manager and notified we were unable to deliver because of the driveway conditionsThe Mirabito delivery truck returned to ***’s home on 12/at approximately 1:30pm, where the customer stood outside harassing the driver with a sign, photo of sign attached, about our poor serviceThe driver delivered gallons of fuel Based on the delivery amount and the tank size (275gallons) , the customer was very low on fuel but was not out of fuelThe customer did not require us to bleed and start her furnace, again we do not believe the customer was out of fuel Over the past three heating seasons this driver has delivered to this customer’s home times and his judgement regarding the driveway conditions is very goodThe customer prepaid us for her fuel oil for the heating season and prior to the 12/delivery, we delivered fuel to her home on 10/25/at her fixed prepaid price, the 12/was billed at her fixed prepay priceShe currently has gallons of her fixed prepay price agreement remaining, at a firm price of 2.299, which totals a credit of $All future deliveries would be made at the firm prepaid price of until all gallons remaining are delivered or the expiration date of the price agreement is reached, whichever arrives firstPlease note that the customer also stated when she contacted us at approximately 10:on 12/30,she will be harassing us if we tell her that we cannot get in her driveway, she said she is expecting a call back and if we are not able to able to deliver today after paying $in prepay, she will be posting in the newspapers, outside our office and also letting everyone she can know about her running out and that was a complete promise. She also stated she had been without oil for days and we might let the driver know what he would be coming out toI would like to note it appears the customer has been contacted regarding the use of the gremlin tank monitoring system that will assist the customer and Mirabito I monitoring her tank volume more closely
