Not gaining repeat customers They rush the job! his company should be shut down! When you call to complain they treat you like dirt by calling you names and using profanity! We apologize we couldn't make her happy. She called us extensively trying to make it right with us. We apologize that she misunderstood on the time it takes to clean the carpets. On average it takes 5-10 minutes per room, if the rooms are cleared out and empty. We do apologize that she was unhappy...

with the service. We did pre-spray the carpets down and told the customer that the disinfectant smell will go away in the short period of time. She acknowledged that. We do apologize that unfortunately we have no warranty or no guarentee or no money back offers. It is based upon a one time trip only and your work order clearly shows the no warranty, one time trip only. We do apologize for this whole matter.

I have since spoken with both Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] and believe they had a legitimate complaint.  A new technician cleaned their carpet and apparently didn't do as good a job as our more experienced technicians  would have.  This is the first complaint we had...

regarding pet urine.  I told the [redacted]s that I would mail them a refund for the same amount ($104.09) they had spent.  The check was mailed today.
