Miracle Cleaning

I reached out to Miracle Cleaning via yelp to inquire about home cleaning services. Jorge, the owner, quickly reached out to me with an estimate at 32.66 per hour with a total of $97.98 for the cleaning services Upon arrival, two maids had shown up to clean the apartment. A few minutes after, a third maid shows up. After cleaning, the owner Jorge sends an invoice over for 244.95 Naturally, I called him and asked him what the difference was between the estimate versus the service completed He then stated that the 32.66 was hourly price per cleaner, which was never mentioned up front. I stated I understand there may be a price discrepancy upon arrival, but that $150 difference is very concerning and that he was not transparent up front about any of this He then proceeded to state that everyone asks questions and that I didn't ask him enough questions to know that his rate would change this drastically. The apartment is a 2 bedroom with a small living room under 1,500 sq feet. The apartment is in excellent condition, but needed to be deep cleaned within vents, ceiling fans, window seals, and slight sweep/mop. Jorge then proceeded to tell me he does not want my money and do not pay the bill. I responded that we own three businesses of our own that I would not conduct business like that and I would even pay $150-160 which was still $60-70 more than the agreed to amount up front. I have attempted to contact them several times so that I do not completely not pay them anything, but the owner is refusing to accept any funds after he misled me.
