I reported to joseph c***, my salesman, that I could not wear my $5,250. 00 hearing aids, but he kept saying he could fix it so I could. They are paid for , I still can not wear them! What can I do about this? I am on social security, can't afford new hearing aids! Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation)I need a refund and replacement at a more reasonable price. Joseph C is a over powering sales person. I don't believe he cares as much about my hearing as his sales. I can not wear them because of my neuropathy, Mr. C argued he could fix them so I could. He didn't but I couldn't argue with him anymore. I just gave up and let him win. My family are saying what he did was wrong and I really do need hearing aids.

The following is our log on trying to reach out to Ms.. After her hearing aids were fit on 01/10/2019, she only came in to 1 follow-up appt on 01/24/19. She said the canal tips were too tight in her ear causing some discomfort. She was also having some difficulties getting hearing aids on. I changed the canal domes to the smallest dome possible making very little contact at all. I counseled her on putting the hearing aids on and off. She said the aids were comfortable and we reset her next rehabilitation appointment for the following week. She was unable to make her follow up appointment. We have reached out to her numerous times to help her with any other difficulties she was having. She has refused to come back in. We would be more than happy to help her with her hearing aids if she would allow us to do so. The purchase agreement she signed informed her of her 30 day trial period to return the hearing aids. There are no return privileges left on the hearing aids but we would be more than happy to assist her in anyway possible if she allows us to.

The following is a log of our attempts to reach our to her.

Called on 10/29/18 @0950 to try to schedule fitting. KA/LS
Called on 10/30/18 to try to schedule a fitting. No answer. LS
Called on 10/31/18 to try to schedule a fitting. No answer. Emailed her to let her know aids are in and to call me to set up a fitting. LS
Called on 1/7/19 to try to schedule a fitting. No answer. LS
Called on 02/05/19 to reschedule adjustment. No answer. LS
Called on 02/19/19 to reschedule adjustment. No answer. LS
Called on 03/01/19. She does not want to come in. Doesn't want the aids. I encouraged her to come in because Joe had only seen her one time since fitting. She said no and not to call again. LS
9/9/19 I tried to call to wish her a happy birthday but got no answer. I emailed her instead. LS
9/18/19 Ms. emailed me back with the following: 'WHY? THEY DON'T NEED CLEANING! I TOLD YOU ALL, I CAN'T WEAR THEM! Joe had tried multiple times to work with her but she refused to come in to see him. She only came in for one adjustment period and never came back. DNC. LS

We would be more than happy to help her in the best way we can with her current hearing aids.

THEY DID NOT CALL ME ALL THOSE TIMES. I DID NOT REFUSE THEIR HELP, IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE SAME, THEY WILL HELP ME WITH THE HEARING AIDS I HAVE. I WAS NEVER TOLD I HAD 30 DAYS TO RETURN THEM.
SO, I GUESS HE WIN!

All the return rights are on the initial purchase agreement that was initialed and signed by Ms. ***. She was given a copy of this at the time of purchase. I TOLD MR.C*** ICAN NOT WEAR THESE HEARING AIDS BECAUSE I HAVE A T.M.J. AND THE DAMAGE HAS CAUSED ME TO HAVE NEUROPTHY. IT FEELS LIKE A BUG IS CROWLING AROUND IN MY EAR. I CAN NOT STAND IT. I NEED SOMETHING DIFFERENT. HE DID NOT LISTEN TO A WORD I SAID. WHY GO BACK WHEN SOMEONE DOES NOT LISTEN TO YOU. HE MADE ME FEEL LIKE THIS SALE WAS MORE IMPORTANT THAN WHAT I WAS TELLING HIM. KEPT SAYING "I CAN FIX IT, I CAN FIX IT!" HE DIDN'T. NOW I HAVE $5,250. WORTH OF SOMETHING I CAN'T USE. HE IS MISTAKEN ABOUT THE CALLS BECAUSE MY PHONE MESSED UP AND I HAD TO RETURN IT FOR ANOTHER ONE.
