I went to MiracleEar from a decrease in my hearing. I talked with the hearing aid specialist Stacey B ***. She sold me a pair of hearing aids. The total I have on my agreement is $3,815 and I would have a payment of $100.00 per month. However to date I have paid $4,015.00. However the company keeps sending me a bill for another $1,000.00. This purchase agreement was signed by both parties and the payments were made successfully every month.
This complaint was sent today to the ownership group of this Franchise.
