Just closed my loan with Miracle Financial and thanks to this company they made my children and I dreams come trueI have went other banks and one other mortgage company and they made it seem totally impossible that I could even buy a house I seen the sign on the building while driving by and thought to myself it would be a Miracle if they could make my dream come true and sure enough they did ! They have amazing employees working for them and met the owner of the company and she was one of the nicest people you could ever meet They made me and my children feel like family and I so much appreciative everything they did for us !! Thank you Miracle for all your help and understanding we are forever greatfull for your services !

[redacted] first met over the phone with Phil N [redacted] on 8/2/After reviewing everything with Phil W [redacted] told Phil this would be closed by the end of August ? September was when the house was finally appraised (unsure of actual date ? No word was given on the appraisal for a couple of weeks ? Once pressured in early October for the appraisal, we were told there were issues with the appraisal and it did not go high enough [redacted] felt like this could be appealed with the appraiserThe reason for the low appraisal was due to MrN [redacted] changing this from a bedroom to a bedroom homeHe did this so he could enlarge his kitchen [redacted] kept saying that it still should have appraised higher so we would be fineJust give him a little time ? Mostly during the next couple of weeks there were a lot of verbal conversations and not much was documentedAt this point I was dealing with Tim Y [redacted] who got us in contact with Miracle FinancialTim was the one actually talking to [redacted] for me [redacted] kept telling Tim to bear with him as everything looked good he was just waiting for an answer on the appeal from the appraiser ? Finally on 10/15/after Tim kept pressuring [redacted] it was then suggested that they may not be able to get the value of the home increased with only having bedroomsI then called Mr N**h on that day and told him he had to restore the old bedroomMrN [redacted] chose to add a bedroom onto the house instead ? On 11/3/I had enough with all of the promises I was hearingI then got Tim to give me [redacted] s phone number and I started dealing with him directOn that day I left [redacted] voice mail messages and he did end up calling me back [redacted] told me he was going to do everything necessary to have this closed within the next week or at worst the week afterHe then called me back on the next day and told me he raised this up the ladder and asked his boss to place an “Expedite” on this loanHe told me we will have this done within the next week ? Also on 11/3/I sent [redacted] a photo copy of the permit being used to build the extra room [redacted] said this would be great for the appeal and he though the appraiser may accept this once so much work is doneAt this point the room was fully enclosed and finishing touches were going on the roomThe room was completely finished on 11/7/and was ready [redacted] said he would turn in the appeal and would let me know what he heard back within a few daysHe told me the appraiser had to re-appraise this within hours or he would have to agree to turn this over to another company ? Beginning the week of 11/17/I started calling [redacted] on a daily basis asking for updates [redacted] would always tell me he was close and would get back with me in a couple of hoursOn one of the occasions he asked me if I was really hurting for the moneyI was honest with him and he said he was going to make this happen because he understood what this was likeAt that point I kept calling daily ? On 12/5/Tim Y [redacted] told me he would contact [redacted] ’s boss and inform her of everything going onHe contacted me back on Monday 12/8/and assured me that he talked to her over the weekend and that she would look into this and she would take this over Page of Page of ? On 12/12/I spoke with Joyce after leaving a couple of messagesShe said she had not fully looked into all of the issue but assured me she would get this on trackBelow is the e-mail communication I had with laurie once Joyce had talked to Philip and myselfPhilip had to re- send almost all of his financial papers againAccording to Joyce so much time had lapsed that they had to re work everything ? Joyce also informed me that [redacted] was trying to appeal the appraisal which was the wrong thing to doShe said a new appraisal should have been done since the room was addedShe did agree to pay for thisThis was then scheduled for 12/19/ Below is the e-mail communication regarding the files that needed to be set Page of Page of ? 12/19/appraisal was doneWithin a couple of days Philip learned that the appraisal met what it needed ? 12/27/I spoke with Philip and he advised me that he had received a call from Miracle financial and was told that they could not pull him up in a credit reportPhilip stated he was told by both Laurie and Joyce who was speaking in the background that all he had to do was get a credit card and use it one time and it would automatically come up on a report and we should be able to move forward thenI did call laurie and confirm this that week ? Philip immediately applied for the card and received it by 1/6/He used the card one time and then called Laurie on 12/7/and left her a messageI also contacted laurie regarding the same ? Late in the afternoon Philip was contacted by Laurie and informed they could not pull his information upPhilip contacted the credit card company and they said their report does not generate until the 20th of the month ? An e-mail was sent to Laurie asking if there was anything else that could be doneThis was done by John on Friday morning 1/9/ ? Called laurie on 1/20/and Laurie said Joyce did not want to run the report until 1/22/ ? Called laurie on 1/22/and she said the report had to run on Friday 1/23/ ? Finally on 1/23/the report ranThen they wanted Phil to outline why so many inquiries had been made on his credit report recentlyNaturally this was due to his trying to get a card so he could get the account to pop up ? On 1/27/it looked like we were getting close on closingI then received a request from the title company asking for the payoff amountI had given this to Miracle Financial but they never sent that information to the title company ? From that point forward it then took us all the way to Friday 2/9/to get the closing on this dealThis was handled as a refinance so my money was not available until Friday 2/13/ ? On the day of the closing a surprise was given to the MrNighHe was then informed that he owed money for the 2nd appraisalThis came as a surprise to both of us as Joyce had previously told myself and Mr Nigh that she paid for the appraisalMr Nigh did agree and paid the appraisal so it would not delay any longerI do feel they cheated him on this moneyI called the next day and Laurie explained that Joyce meant to say she just paid for it expecting mr Nigh to pay back at closing ? On Friday 2/13/I received my check from the title companyThe person from the title company said she was having a very hard time getting everything done that dayIt was late in the day when she finally received my moneyShe said this company had given her several issues that day but she was not specific ?
