Review: Received RISK FREE trial of product and called once item was received it cancel so I would not be charged $90.00 and they debited my account automaticallyDesired Settlement: $89.16

Review: I ORDERED THE TRIAL OF THIS PRODUCT. WHEN I DECIDED TO CANCEL WITHINN THE 14 DAY TRIAL PERIOD, I WAS STOLD I WOULD NOT BE BILLED . THIS IS ALSO STATED ON THE INVOICE/CONFIRMATION. ON 3/31/2014 THE ORDER WAS PLACED, ON 4/2/2014 THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED, ON 4/15/2014 $89.16 WAS DEDUCTED FROM FROM ACCOUNT. NO ONE ADVISED THAT I WOULD HAVE TO RETURN THE UNUSED PRODUCT TO THEM. ON 4/2/2014 I SPOKE TO [redacted] # 78 , PN TODAY I SPOKE WITH [redacted] # [redacted] .Desired Settlement: REFUND IN THE ANOUNT OF $89.16

Review: The same phone number kept on calling me. After further research, I found out that the company was Miracle GCE. I have requested multiple times to be put on their internal "Do Not Call" list, and they have ignored my request. Today, I spoke to a customer service agent named [redacted], who refused to transfer me over to a supervisor when I requested one.Desired Settlement: I would like for this company to be put out of business, and to stop harrassing people at work or at home.
