The consumer placed her order on 06/12/14. This is  when she paid the initial $4.95 and this began her 14 day trial period to sample from her initial 30 day supply. Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted trial period, she was automatically billed for her 30 day supply on 06/27/14 as explained in the terms and conditions for which she agreed to. Her second bottle was automatically shipped and billed out 30 days later on 07/27/14.  The consumer did not make any attempts to contact our company in reference to the charge. She returned one bottle on 08/14/14 without notice of cancellation, and as she did not call us regarding this, we simply closed the account. We received the disputes on the two charges on 09/04/14. The account was canceled and she was sent a confirmation email confirming the cancellation. We have refunded the consumer's account in the amount of two charges of $87.63 as we value customer satisfaction. Although, Mrs. [redacted] ordered our product, she has been refunded fully in the amount of $175.26.

Looked on my bank account and was surprised to see a charge of $97.92 on my bank account... I never ordered any Miracle Green Coffee extract or anything from this company... when I tried to access the company by phone the one listed on Revdex.com is no disconnected and the one from the website is just a promotional for the website for different things one time a gift certificate second time a Bahamas cruise not anything to do with green coffee extract...I would like my account refunded the amount ASAP.

Review: I ordered a "trial" of Miracle Green coffee pills for $5. Later I was charged $87.63 without my knowledge or consent. They falsely advertised the $5 shipping fee for a trial order -- not the full amount. I would NOT have ordered them if I knew they'd charge $87.63 later. When I saw the charge I called to have the amount refunded and offered to send the coffee pills back (the bottle is unopened) and they refused only offering to refund only 50% of my money. They were rude and not helpful. What a scam!Desired Settlement: I'd like a full refund. I'd be happy to send the unopened bottle back. Please let me know. Thank you.

Review: Apparently back in June I ordered this product, I honestly don't remember because I thought it was a group on deal and also I never use that credit card online. Anyway it apparently was offered for $4.95. When I saw a charge for $87.63 from them I was floored. Next thing I know there is another package from them which I refused and returned to sender. I disputed the charges with my credit card company and they called and we did a 3-way calling with them. They refused to dismiss the charges and said I didn't follow the proper protocol for canceling subscription. I never knew I had a prescription and sent one back never opened. I now have 2 charges for $87.63 back on my credit card. I don't think I ever agreed to a subscription for this, I would like to see where I did supposedly.Desired Settlement: I would like to have these charges reversed, proof of my agreeing to this, and also the fact I don't even have the senior pond shipment.

Review: This business advertises a free trial of their product. The customer pays the shipping. At check out it says you are only paying for the shipping and this is what you confirm on checkout. In small print somewhere on their site they say you are agreeing to purchasing the whole product. It is very clear that this business it doing this to trick people. The details are hard to find and what is large and apparent is that you are (supposedly) only paying for the shipping. However, later the business bill you $80 without asking your permission or notifying you. Blatant misrepresentation to con customersDesired Settlement: Would like Revdex.com to look into this and take what actions Revdex.com deems necessary.

The consumer placed the order on 02/19/14. This is when they paid the initial $4.95 and this began the 14 day trial period to sample from the initial 30 day supply. Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted trial period, the consumer was automatically billed for the 30 day supply on 03/06/14 as explained in the terms and conditions for which they agreed to. The consumer contacted our company on 03/14/14 with a request for cancellation. The account was canceled immediately as instructed and they were sent a confirmation email confirming the cancellation. Based on the nature of the call, the customer service agent issued a 60% partial refund of $52.68 on that same day. The consumer would have received an e-mail confirmation of the cancellation and refund. As we do value full customer service, we will issue the remaining charge of $34.95. This refund will take three to seven business days to credit back.

Review: In April 2014 my husband signed up for the 2 week free trial of this product. He was only supposed to be charged $5.99 for shipping and handling. He was sent a month supply rather than 2 weeks and after 2 weeks was billed $95.85 for the one month supply he was sent initially. There was no notification given that after 2 weeks we would be charged for the one month supply. Upon seeing the charge, we contacted the company to terminate our supposed contract. Then at the beginning of June, another package arrived. Upon checking with my bank, I discovered we were once again charged $101.84 ($95.85 + $5.99). I contacted the company again and after a heated conversation and numerous requests to speak with a supervisor, I was advised by [redacted]/rep#418 that I would receive a refund in 2-3 days and was given a confirmation number to put on the package I was returning to the sender. It is now July 2nd and I have not received my credit so I have submitted a claim through my bank regarding these charges.

In addition to the issue outlined above, we were automatically sent and billed for a bottle of a different supplement (garcina cambogia) and were billed for a 6 month membership for a personal health coach - none of which was requested. I had to call these companies individually to cancel these supposed contracts also.Desired Settlement: Since my bank is handling the dispute for the charges, I have indicated that my desired settlement is to change the policy of this establishment. Your business practice is very unethical as it is based on deceiving your customers. Stop saying it is a free 2 week trial and then sending a month supply and billing for the entire month supply in 2 weeks. At the very least, make it very clear on your product that the customer is going to be billed for the entire product in two weeks if action is not taken by "x" date.

Review: I canceled both my miracle saffron and this miracle green coffee account as soon as I received them two Fridays ago. Neither company give you time to try the product and it's a total scam. Thinking this is all behind me after filing another complaint against miracle saffron I checked my account this morning to find 87 dollars coming out. I have offered to send the product back if they will pay shipping and return my 4.95 for a product I never used and you do not get a clear idea of terms and conditions of them taking all the money unauthorized you read the very fine print on the card this is a scam and these people along with miracle saffron which were order together from same website are a rip off. People do not fall for this scam. It's sad when your bank calls u a week ago about the shipping charges on my debit card and told me to be careful it was a scam and a lot of people had file disputes on charges which since it was unauthorized because I canceled I plan to do the same as we'll.Desired Settlement: Refund of 87 dollar amount that was drafted unauthorized this morning and refund of 4.95 I will gladly ship products back neither were used I'm just not paying anymore on this.

Review: I am not interested in there product , I have called them after they charged my credit card ( connected to my bank account ) a large amount , and explained to them that I didn't give them permission to charge my account they told me I did , it is a hidden cost after 14 day trial , the thing is it states ( free) not free trial after 14 days, when I spoke to them they would only gave me 1/2 back and said that the best they can do because I agreed to its terms , the night I ordered I don't recall giving permission , it was only a term about how they are not responsible for side effects, I believe this is a scam on the companies part , and I should get my money back because I sent the product back because I don't want it and because I never said it was ok, and I feel they placed those terms , under my name after I agreed to the ( not being responsible for side effects)Desired Settlement: A full refund
