I saw an Ad on Facebook for this heater for $29.99, on December 28, 2019 went to the site to purchase one, I went through all the bells and whistles come to check out it came up to $49.99. I back it out, went on with life. Then on January 9, 2020 I get and E-mail your order is on the way, I have no receipt for any transaction. I received four heaters on January 15,2020, I sent an e-mail back to where I received the your order is on the way, telling them I ordered only one, got four, where do you want me to return the back to, and I named the two address that was on the package. I got a return a Damnon no such address. I found out that there is an Address that they use, emailed to it and got instructions to send it back to Fl. Mean while I get my credit bill and on I was charged $122.75. I did finely talk to a person called Kate, who said it would take about two weeks for a refund after they receiveded the package. Thinking I was dealing with an honest company, I paid my bill. long story short. No money, no product, They falsely charged my account, because I backed out item that was in the cart at the buying site. I received no receipt.
They said I would get a refund to my credit card, not done. They would not agree to give the money back, to the credit card company. I was a bone head no doubt in my mind. But this company is a fraud and dishonest, and has a very deceptive ad on face book. they advertise the product for $29.99and when you order it it comes up to buy one it cost $49.99 there is no where before you check out that it is going to cost anymore then $29.99. Whether they work or not I can not tell you. I never took one out of the box.

Bought 2 heater For Christmas gift...not working.called them, they told with to returned it with tracking number, which I did.we correspond with email, they said they got the product and will look into it.then COVID came, which is understandable..

Product was not as described. Returned per company Instructions and never received refund or product back.
Purchased miracle heaters and after using them found that they do not shut off automatically as claimed. Returned per company instructions and was never refunded because they said they inspected them and they work fine. They did not. They will not refund my money or send the product back. I have at least a dozen email correspondence with them regarding this situation and they dragged it out so long that I cannot dispute the charge with my bank. Past the 90 day dispute time frame.

We would first like to say that we are taking the complaints very seriously and we plan on doing everything we can to prevent them in the future.

We have several email correspondence with the customer regarding the heaters that have been returned. As per our policy, we can only process replacements for returned heaters. Refunds and adjustments will only be processed for orders that have not been shipped. Please see the link for our Return Policy.

In this case, the heaters were delievered then returned back to us and we have informed the customer that a replacement is in progress. However, the customer updated us that a dispute was filed. Hence, we cancelled the replacement as it will cost us double. When we have confirmed that the dispute was not processed, we immediately worked on the replacement process again for the customer's order. A new shipping notification with the tracking number has been sent to the customer last May 27 and we have checked that the order has been delivered yesterday, May 29 to the verified address. Please find attached file for the evidences.

We hope to make this right with the customer. We have been exchanging emails with her and offered her our incentives as a one time courtesy for this inconvenience which has been accepted by the customer.

Should the customer wish to discuss this at length, the customer can freely email us.

Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused. We are doing our very best to make things right and we hope that you and your office can see the measures we are taking to make things better.

I purchased two Miracle Heaters on March 1st. Before completing my transaction I read their return policy. They promote a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. I have been pretty much begging, pleading and asking aggressively for a refund after returning the items because I was not satisfied with the performance. They in place of honoring their refund policy want to offer me a replacement, a complimentary vacation, $100 Restaurant Vouchers or a $200 Hotel Savings Card. I have made myself clear in demanding and letting them know I don't need or want replacements. All I want is my refund and they refuse to issue it back to my account. STAY AWAY from them and do NO business with them. They are a FRAUD of a company.

We provided the return information and the necessary steps so we can inspect the heaters they received. After we received the heaters, we emailed the customer stating that the heaters were inspected by our QA Team and found no problem with it.

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered a heater hoping it would work in a room that doesn't have a vent in it. Mind you this room was 8Ã?8 if that, I plugged the heater in and left it on for a good few hours and closed the door, and when I went back to the room not only was the room still freezing but the item gave off this unsettling odor that made me and my fiance sick to our stomachs. I sent an email to customer service and was told to ship it back. I didn't pay for shipping to begin with so I didn't have much of an issue paying to ship it back. They never let me know when they received the item, it wasn't until I emailed them again to get an answer stating they checked the item inside and out and that it works just fine and all they can do is send a new one. Well, after arguing with them for over 3 months they finally agreed to send a refund, a month later I have now received a partial refund and they say because even though shipping was free during my initial purchase when I sent it back it cancelled the transaction so they kept the amount for shipping and refunded the money of the product when I had to pay to ship it back anyway. Ridiculous company, faulty products, shady customer service, they will say anything just to get your money. Definitely a lesson learned, it's pretty sad when you have to threaten customer service with authorities and a lawsuit just to get your money back that you worked hard for!!

I returned 2 heaters to them 1/30/2020, they promised a refund and I still have not received one, they tell me they will send heaters back, no refund
I ordered 2 heaters 12/30/2019, they weren't what we expected and they were returned per their instructions. They told me once they received them and inspected them I would receive a refund. They received them 1/30/2020, I still have not received a refund. I paid for them with a debit card, purchase price was $78.85. I have several emails back and forth with them about the refund and I keep getting a run around. They tell me they were inspected and are fine and they are going to return them to me, I told them I don't want them back, I want a refund. I have about 5 emails from them where they continue to state no refund, they are sending them back. I told them I would refuse them. They are offering me a free vacation, $100.00 restaurant voucher or $200.00 hotel voucher for the inconvenience. I have told them over and over that I do not want any of this, I want a refund. My bank cannot go after them as it has been over 60 days.
Their website states that there is a 100% money back guarantee, no questions asked if you are not satisfied with your purchase. I bring this to their attention but to no avail. I have tried calling them but I get a recording stating it is not a voice phone number, I have to send a text or leave a message so I can't even talk to a human. I do not have model number or anything else as I sent all paperwork back with the product. Product was 2 wall plug-in heaters and they are not what is advertised. I have threatened them to contact a lawyer or Revdex.com but they still are not refunding me my money. Any help you can give me to get my money back would be greatly appreciated. The latest email I received was today and they once again said the heaters are in working condition and they are returning them once I verify shipping address and they once again offered me the vacation etc, for the inconvenience. I am not going to respond at this time because it does me no good, I have contacted them 14 times via email about this and they have responded 12 times but nothing is ever done, that's when I decided to contact you and I see that I am not the only one that has had the same problem with them. Thanks once again for your help.

I would like a refund in the total of $78.85 which is what I paid for the product and also $13.25 which is what I paid to return the heaters. I would also like to see a black mark issued against the company if that is something you do. Thanks once again

I returned the heaters because they did not fit our need, not because they did not work. They did not heat up a room like we thought they would so we have no use for them. I do not want them returned, I want a refund. I am attaching a screen shot of their website that states 100% money back guaranteed, no questions asked and also a copy of an email I received from them stating as soon as they received the heaters a refund would be issued. If they are advertising this on their website and also stating in an email to me then why are they not issuing a refund. This is false advertisement on their website if they refuse to issue a refund and should be taken down. Please do what you can to make them issue a refund, not return the unwanted product as a refund is what they are claiming they will issue. Thanks for all your help

I did not submit an order!!! I did not get anything, what can you not understand? I got an empty box just so this crazy person can steal money! I can`t get ahold of anyone, left messages and got NO response! I made a report to the FBI.
This person belongs in jail, for fraud!! This is unexceptible.

We are all facing pandemic trouble these days and we are not sure why you have to say you got an empty box. At first, you said you never ordered but our records show that the IP address where the transaction took place matches the location of your shipping address. We don't have any information about you nor your payment method that you have to purchase the product. It will never go through without you entering the payment details when you visited our website. We do not process any payments ourselves, this is all done by our customers through our website. You received a confirmation email from us and you emailed us saying you didn't order the heaters, you're just looking and never finished it, if that so, we won't be able to process any order if you didn't finish ordering. You got a confirmation email because you finished the process of placing an order. We won't be able to send orders automatically if the customers didn't proceed with the payment. We responded to you when you emailed us and offered some help to adjust the order you placed but you didn't respond. Now that you received the heaters, you are now claiming it's an empty box but you never reached us out about this nor even replied to us when we offered some help to adjust the number of heaters. Again, we will never send an empty box, we have a Shipping Department who handles all orders that need to be shipped out. If you received an empty box, you can contact us or even the courier to confirm the details for the package you received and we can even help you out in conduction investigation because all orders that we are shipping out requires details such as the weight and the value declaration.

All I am doing is trying to tell you this place used your Revdex.com saying A+ rating, called miracle heater. Now today I found they took it off that sight and made another sight saying their accredited with the Revdex.com A+ rating, the sight is ECO Heater. Email is ecoheatair.com please look up this because I think they are using your company and it`s not true. I don`t want anything from you because you didn't do anything at all to me. But his person is using your LOGO and I believe it`s false if not then I maybe wrong but I don`t think so. I am getting a bill from my capital one for 245.50 but I will handle that, don`t worry that please. I try to help people and business if I spot a problem, that's all. Have been trying to get a refund for heater that was not as described paid return shipping to company. Delivery confirmed by USPS tracking,
Ordered a heater, would not stay in the outlet too top heavy kept falling out. Voltage listed on heater as 250 volts, my home has standard 120 volt electric wall outlets. There is a 30 day return policy, I contacted them at XXX-XXX-XXXX; and requested a refund. I paid return shipping to address provided USPS confirmed delivery on 2/6/20 contacted them on status of refund. They asked for confirmation of number of heaters returned 1 was returned. I have requested status of the refund to only hear they are having there quality control team to check heater. This has been on going they have offered to replace the heater, I have requested many times to refund my purchase price. They respond with a replacement is all they can do. I want a refund plus my return shipping cost. Ordered was shipped on 1/15/20 order #XXXXXXXX; for 1MH-1. I requested a refund the day the heater was received

The customer sent us an email informing us that the plug of our heater is not compatible to what he has at home. Our heater can be plugged into desired 110 - 240V power outlet. He returned the item to us and we had it checked by our QA Team. We advised the customer that we will send him a new one since the items were not defective. The heater showed in the picture to have a three probe plug in the one we received only had a two prone plug in. When the heater was plugged into a outlet it repeatedly fell out of the wall outlet, the heater has no way to be retained in the outlet. The heater is extremely top heavy and can not be used as designed. We contacted A Miracle heater on the day it was received and requested a refund they replied to return it and would process the return as soon as it was received. They have had this heater since Feb 13 they are extremely slow to respond to text messages and emails concerning this matter. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and I had to pay return shipping back to them for a refund I have no use for there offers of vouchers for travel since I am 77 yrs old and can not travel. I do not want a replacement heater only my original purchase price plus my return shipping cost of $12.00. They have not provided anything but lip service concerning this matter. I will be filing a complaint with the State of Florida Consumer affairs Division for Fraud an miss leading and deceptive business practices.

Not only was the heater received not what was advertised but after returning according to their information it's been over 2 months trying to get a refund. I will never recommend them.

Miracle Heater has refused to refund me for 4 heaters that were returned within 30 day return policy.
On 1/14/20 I purchased 4 heaters from www.miracleheater.com. The order number XXXXXXXX and total cost was $122.75. On 1/29/20, I mailed back all 4 heaters, well within their 30 day return policy. They have confirmed the heaters were received in good condition. However, they refuse to refund my money stating that all sales are final. This is contrary to advertising on their website, and I quote:

"30 Day Money-back Guarantee!
If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason at all, we'll happily process your full refund with no questions asked!"

Also, on their website, they boast of a A+ rating with Revdex.com and they are not even accredited.

Please help me get my money back.

I am not disputing the quantity of heaters. I do not need them as I had insulation put in my attic. The heaters were never used and returned within 30 days which is there policy. If you read their guarantee on their website it says that they will refund your money, no questions asked. So I returned the heaters, and now I want my money back. Also on their website they boast of having an AAA rating with Revdex.com. When I looked it up, they had a D rating. This is false advertising. But my main issue is to have a refund. I do not want the vacation and other items they offered... I just want my money back per their website guarantee. Thank you.

Returned 4 miracle heaters, PAID for shipping to return, received confirmation heaters were delivered, sent confirmation, never received refund.
Back in December I purchased 4 miracle heaters off of facebook for $129.30 with a mastercard The heaters arrived and did not work like they were described they would so I asked to return. Miracle heater told me I had to pay for return shipping, send them tracking numbers and then they would issue a refund. I did all those things and sent the heaters back on 1/18/20. The heaters were delivered on 1/21/20 with confirmation receipt. When I asked miracle heater if they received heaters they said they didnt know and would have to get back to me. they said that a refund will be processed as soon as they have confirmation that they receive the heaters they were given the confirmation on 1/21/20 like they requested. Everytime I email them I get a generic autoreply saying they will get back to me. There is no phone number available for this business either.

I had purchased this Miracle Heater for a friend for Christmas. I tried it myself for several days and it did not work as promised in their advertisements on facebook and on their website. I inquired a few times about how to return for a refund, which they finally gave me a return address, which I had to pay the shipping. The received the heater back on January 8th and I have yet to receive my refund. I have contacted them many many times through emails and facebook messages and have been given the run around each time, them saying it is being looked into and they will email when the refund is processed. They advertise a A+ rating with the Revdex.com, however their business doesn't seem to be registered, unless it is under a different name, which I have also asked them for the business name is that was the case.

We may have sent some messages regarding for her to wait for the refund because we are still verifying the arrival of the heaters sent and her reply to us asking if she issued a complaint already. Also, we had some backlog of customer concerns also as to locating the shipments and etc. One thing, we assure all our customers to be attended one by one. We intend to do no harm in serving our customers. We do hope we arrive to a settlement on this matter as we also issued a refund already. We used a Manager's Check as we are having internet issues with our accounting department as for the issuance of debit to her account. We already sent a Manager's check amounting to $42.90.

Even though I did not get exactly the resolution that I asked for, I did receive the purchase price refunded to me on Feb. 18th. and just want to be done dealing with them. As far as their comment about waiting on a response from me about if I had issued a complaint, this is not accurate. They asked me if I had placed a dispute with my bank for this purchase, not with Revdex.com. And also their comment on verifying the return of the heater, which had arrived to them on January 8th. I truly believe had I not issued a complaint with Revdex.com, they never would have refunded my money. They do not have good business practices and I can't believe this company has an A+ rating with ya'll.
