I purchased hair from this vendor, when I received this hair and installed it the hair was very nappy, and matted, they advertised mink and I have ordered mink hair before and this is not the same textureI’ve contacted this company multiplied times about my hair I spoke to a lady named [redacted] she was very rude and unhelpful a warranty was also provided with the hair just Incase the produce was not up to standards, [redacted] stated I voided that because I cut the hair which I did notShe also sent me the package back but left things out that I pervious ordered and gave me different itemsWhen requesting my money back they stated I could not receive a refund and they would send me new hair but they did not

I bought a hair wigIt was supposed to be human hairThey sold me a fake synthetic faulty wigThey will not return my phone call or refund my credit card of or send me the correct wig I ordered

I ordered from this business, hair weave in Afro Kinky Texture, on the evening of March, 22ndI selected to have my order sent with priority shipping that would take 3-business daysListed on the business website is a statement dictating that orders placed before 2pm would be shipped on the same dayWith that in mind, I paid for my order via Paypal (the only option provided by the business)I estimated my order to arrive between March 27th and March 29thI also set a hair appointment based on the estimated dates of arrivalThe priority shipping cost me $in addition to the product price and taxesWhen March 29th arrived and my package had not come I called the business and was told by the phone representative that my hair had JUST been sent out on that dayThe representative stated that the order had not processed although my banking statement shows that the order came out of my account March 26th from the vendorBeing told that I could not receive a refund from the rep

I was scammed this hair is the worst ever!! I too was scammed by this woman who considered herself to be a child of GodLord forgive her because she knows not what she doesThis hair is what Stephanie explains it to be , "definitely not of quality"I too called and was hung up on after trying to see if this problem could be remediedI simply asked for a refund or just an exchange for infact quality hairShe told me the hair could not have been altered, but I explained to her that the hair didn't match my hair; therefore, it had to be dyedShe began to use profanity as she made me aware that I was not pronouncing Shaschicka rightBy the way I have been having hair installed for over a decade and even store bought hair have held up better than this so called human hairThe first day I was very self conscious because the hair was silky like barbie's hair and did not blend well at allI love my hair to resemble natural hair even though it's extensionsI am so unhappy with my decision to purchase hair on line and would hate for anyone to make the same decision as I did! I want this business shut down because it's clearly not replicableI will try contacting my attorney if I don't get a return call and refund from Miracle Mink WholesaleI tryed to support a black owned business that promotes God and I have be punishedThis is one miracle I would not wish on no ones life!??

This hair is the worst hair I've ever had! IT'S TRASH!! I've always been skeptical about ordering hair online because of the thought of being scammed out of money
I trusted Shashicka *** *** company Miracle Mink Hair Miracle Hair Wholesale because of her spirit-filled personaI ordered hair from this company and received a texture that was completely different from the pictures that are on the websiteMy hair took over a week to receive and I did not receive a tracking number until days after ordering my hair
As I begin to examine the hair I noticed it had a strange chemical-like scent to itThat was the least of my worries, I figure maybe if I washed the hair the scent will go awayFurther examining, I notice within the bundles there were hairs with a shine-like gloss tintI plucked one out and noticed that is was PLASTIC PIECES MIXED INSIDE THE HAIR!!!
I contacted this company right away and requested a refundI was told that no refunds were allowed and that I could only exchange the hairI made it clear that I was not going to pay for fake hair and I wanted a refund ASAP! They had the nerve to hang up the phone!! I've contacted this company through Facebook with no successI even left comments within the company's Facebook posts....not only did I NOT get a response, but they were deleted as well
I've reported this company to the Georgia Consumers Affairs and has contacted a lawyerAfter being scammed by Miracle Hair Wholesale Miracle Mink Hair Shashicka *** *** I recently found out from other reports I am not the first they have scammedI really did not feel the need to think anything other than Shashicka *** *** company Miracle Hair Wholesale Miracle Mink Hair being nothing but the best because I believe she was a God-fearing woman

This company is a SCAM!! She does not advertise her own work! She steals other people pictures and when customers get their items it is not the same!
