I am rejecting this response because, while some of the information is true, and it is correct in that I did receive most of the refund, the customer service rep at Miracle Mate seemingly forgot that she charged my card $the following day, and this amount has still not been refunded She seems to not keep accurate records, as her facts are not 100% accurate For instance, she states she issued a refund on the date I called I called the evening of 3/27/and left a pointed message The $was refunded on 4/13/17.Here are cut & paste from my VISA bill on the two days my card was charged:02/18/2017Expand transaction for Transaction date: 02/18/2017MIRACLE MATE USA BELLINGHAM WATypePurchases$35.00$02/17/2017Expand transaction for Transaction date: 02/17/2017MIRACLE MATE USA BELLINGHAM WATypePurchases$335.50$ 4/13/2017Expand transaction for Transaction date: 04/13/2017MIRACLE MATE USA BELLINGHAM WATypePurchases-$335.50Thus, Miracle Mate still needs to refund the $charged on 2/18/17.Sincerely,

I issued a credit on the date that Mrs.*** called, and the merchant visa has taken the money from meShe obviously never received it , so I will do some investigating at this end to find out where my money is, and will rebate her again todayHopefully she receives it this timeNormally
it takes - weeks sometimes to get the order depending where it comes from, so when she received it she returned itI will refund her again today, and phone the merchant to see where the first refund wentThe amount I refunded which she was charged was $ Thank Catherine
I can now amend my prior rejection - since that time I have received a check from the business for $35.00, which I deposited into my bank account on 5/30/17. I assume it will clear without issue, and that closes this complaint.
