The work performed was substandrd .Not honoring warranty
Work was not done correctly and leaves a lot to be desired. I was asked to send pictures which I did. They agreed it was not according to standards. They rescheduled for the technician to come back 3 weeks later and blamed me for not telling him about my areas of concern. I did tell him and showed him as well as the sales rep that came to my home 3 times. We paid a large sum of money for the counters to be refinished and we have the same issues after paying almost 1200 dollars!
Either refund or for the work to be done correctly
Once work was complete our technician asked the customer if it was up to standard at which point she said "Yes". It was until a few days later that she contacted the General Manager, sent pictures and told us she put a stop payment on the check given upon completion. Our Sales person had already been out to the residence three times because she was indecisive about the color. Her location is in Daytona 1.5 hours away from our shop. All of this was free of charge. Even with that the technician was scheduled to come out and repair her concerns. Upon arrival our Technician told her that she never pointed those specific locations out and the customer became irate and began cursing at our technician. Furthermore nothing was taken of the counter or sink for our technician to complete any work. My technician called the General Manager and he explained what happened as was directed to leave the residence due to not feeling comfortable in the manner that he was treated. The customer stated that she is very sick, had a fever and didn't feel well but that is not a reason to speak to anyone in the manner that she did.
To resolve this incident the customer was notified the next day that a different technician was going to come out to fix the problem on May 22nd. The customer was directed to be very specific in what she wants repaired and to make sure their is nothing on the counters.
