Terrible experienceCharged me $just to come to my house to make a scheduled cracked tub repairTechnician flooded my back bedroom floor running water in the tub for cleaning purposesContacted the company about the issue of my carpet and padding that was saturatedThe owner was argumentative, rude and has no understanding of how to treat a customerShe kept telling me on the phone her tech didn't spill that much waterI ask her to come see for herselfI was told by her that she was at a trade show and had no intention of addressing my concernsRudely, she said all her tech would do was put a fan in front of the wet carpet while the tech was thereAfter he left it was up to me to correct the issueI am a plumbing contractor and a business ownerI have never seen such disregard for a customers propertyOr any respect for a customers complaints such as thisThen the owner proceeded to tell me she couldn't warranty the work due to my size on the cracked tubAt that point I told her to pack up her tech and get out of my houseI'm hoping other potential homeowners see this reviewI am a business ownerI take care of all customers and I can tell you with all honesty this is the worst owner of a business I have ever dealt withNasty ownerNasty attitudeNasty companyGrade F
