I would not recommend Miracle Method Surface Refinishing of Roseville/Fridley.

I hired Miracle Method of Roseville/Fridley to refinish my kitchen and bathroom cabinets. I chose the color white for the cabinets. As the technician was working, I noticed many mistakes, bubbles, crooked drawers, and uneven seams. I asked if these issues would be repaired and I was assured by the owner, Justin Jurek, that I would be 100% satisfied when the project was complete. I went to the show room to look at completed cabinets and what is shown there is not at all what my kitchen looks like. I tried to talk to the technician and owner throughout this project but I didn't get very far with them, I was told over and over again that I would be satisfied when the project was complete. On the last day of the project, the owner stood in my kitchen and demanded that I pay the remainder of the bill even though the project was not yet complete and he had no plans to have the many issues repaired. How is this ok? A customer should not be expected to pay a bill for a service that is done incorrectly and is incomplete.
My issues with the kitchen and bathroom cabinets: crooked bathroom drawer, many uneven seams, areas that were sanded too much and are now uneven, handles and pulls were not installed.
The owner and sales manager then came to my door and demanded I pay the rest of the bill. I paid a portion of the bill because I felt bullied and because I wanted this ordeal to be done with. I do not want to deal with this company anymore, but it is not right that I had to pay for work that was done sloppy and not completed.

When the salesperson quoted me it was supposed to take four hours + one or two hours the next day. The technician was late and did not arrive at the time they said. I had to call an hour later to ask why he was not at my house. When I arrived home that evening the technician was still there and he worked another three hours into the evening. Venting was not appropriate and I had to keep leaving my house because of the horrible smell that made me sick. I felt high the next day after sleeping there. The technician came back the next day and there were issues with my tub. I told the technician that due to the extra time, smell, dust all over my house which was trashed, I would have preferred getting a new tub instead. The cost of refinishing my tub was the same as getting a new one and at this point it exceeded any benefit that keeping my old tub had. Lana insisted I take a half day off of work the next day to have the technician tell me how to care for the tub. Instead it was a wasted day because he did not finish the tub and he did not tell me how to take care of the tub. I waited over the weekend as the technician said he might have to come back a 3rd day to finish the job. No one called me. I had to call many times to coordinate their technician and customer service person because they just wanted the final payment. I had to buy new smoke detectors because the amount of excess dust got in them and they kept going off. The manager came to see the excessive dust mess in my house and apologized for the tub not being finished, the smoke detector I had to buy (which he said he would reimburse) and the mess from the dust. He said he would get back to me that week to have my tub finished and he never got back to me. I am left with a tub that is not finished, a smoke detector that the company said they would reimburse me for and I have been cleaning my house from the mess. I have paid for a tub that is not done in an appropriate time and is not satisfactory

We remain in contact with this customer in an attempt to schedule a satisfactory repair in completion of the project. I am rejecting this response because: I have repeatedly tried calling the business. The owner left me a voice message and I returned his call, but he did not respond. He had a staff person call me back to make an appointment for June 12, 2019 to see if they can fix the tub. I will know after June 12, 2019 if they have satisfactorily fixed it.

It has been frustrating repeatedly calling and trying to work with this business, only to be brushed off. Hopefully they will be able to resolve it mid June. This tub was supposed to be finished May 3, 2019 and it still is not done.

I got two tubs refinished by the Roseville Miracle method and both have issues. I wanted to refinish the tubs because of rust and the sales guy assured me that it will be gone but within 2 days the rust resurfaced. They came back and did some patching which lasted for a few weeks and the rust started to show again. Now they say there is nothing they can do about it.

To add to that the job was not done professionally and the finish started to peel within 6 months. On reaching out to them multiple times (email and phone calls), they took one month to get back to me saying that "proper cleaning and care" instructions were not followed and so they will have to charge a fee if I want the peeling fixed.

This is just unacceptable they just came up with this just to avoid fixing their bad workmanship as they no idea what cleaning and care detail was not followed. I am totally dissatisfied with their customer service, product, workmanship and warranty. You will find better work and customer service with lot of mom and pop stores. Please do your research.
