If your looking for customer service, details on your purchase and a friendly attitude. This is not the company to go too. I had gone to him for an estimate and I the end was told "a tub is a tub" as if I was bothering him with questions about an investment in my home. When asking him a question he will inform you everything is spelled out in "plain English" on his web site. Very rude and very unprofessional. Ill pay $100 extra to go elsewhere and treated with respect. I would hate to see if I had to call him with a question after my tub was glazed. he then followed up with me saying "you sound like a nightmare to work for" ... all because I asked questions. I can forward the emails to anyone who would like to see them. BEWARE

My landlord hired miracle method to refinish my tub. I was told he would be there at 11:30. when I arrived home at 11;15 the landlord let him in already. They didn't cover any thing up. He ran a old plastic tube with a fan in it from a wide open door to the edge of a wide open outside door. heavy fumes were through out my home. When I came home the next morning the fumes were still bad. 3 days later I still have lingering fumes. He scuffed a couple of tiles, one is broke, had to clean up a little stuff on the tiles. When I called to ask about the chemicals they use, he told me they were not toxic ( I called other places and they said they are.) and that there were no fumes in my house when he left. He was rude [redacted] and told me it's too late its already set. the nonslip on the bottom of the tub feels like sandpaper. He did say he would send the msd sheets to my email address and if there is a problem my landlord should call him. the miracle method headquarters said they should have given me instructions on what to do before they came, that didn't happen.
