Bike was sold as a used vehicle, not new. The bike is still under Manufacturer's warranty until 3/*/17. Bike was put into storage by the customer immediately after purchase. It was not sitting in shop waiting to be worked on but was stored as the customers request. This nullifies any claim for...

reimbursement for his monthly payments as it was his decision to store the bike for those 6 months. After the first repair the bike was checked and road tested for 25 miles but did not duplicate the customers concern. When the bike failed for the second time, the customer chose to continue riding the bike further away from the dealerships service center instead of returning to us to check the bike out. Our driver was not in the area the time of his break down, but we got to him as quickly as possible. We gave him a ride home from the dealership. The first repair was the replacement of the starter and solenoid as it was causing a draw on the battery. The second failure was the voltage regulator, which is responsible for maintaining the battery charge. It is possible that the first issue could have helped with the regulator's failure shortly after the first repair. The bike was repaired on 5/**/16. The customer picked up the bike on 6/*/16 and he has not called back with any complaints since. The bike is still under manufacture warranty so if there are any other issues, we will be glad to take care of them for him.
