Review: I brought my Mini Cooper S into the shop to have my clutch replaced, a seemingly easy task. The shop claims to have replaced the clutch (at this point I doubt anything I am told by them). They however informed me that they could not get my car to start due to the fact that the car had lost all its electrical functions. Let me be clear when I brought in my Mini these where not issues, I only needed a clutch.

The shop told me that there must be a problem with a number of different parts of my car including my Mini's (ECU, door locks, key ignition) I foolishly trusted the shop but as the months went by and my car still did not work I started to question the shop. So I asked other members of the automotive community and they all told me that the shop "broke the car". I have given the shop over a year to do right by me however they have not. Yesterday November 14 they returned my car to me a mess. The front bumper was being bet outward by the tow truck that was used to deliver the car, I know for a fact that the shop has the correct type of tow truck that would not have damaged the car, however I do not know why they chose to not use the better vehicle.

What I found when I looked at the car after it was dropped off was also alarming. The car was a mess inside, their is a oil stain under the passenger side visor, the cigaret lighter is stuck into the 12V port (I feel that if I try any harder to pull it out I will break it), The leather around the parking break is torn, the visor on the moon roof no longer rolls up and seems to be off its tracks, the hood release takes a crazy amount of force to open and it looks like it was pulled on way to hard. Inside the engine bay some of the cars lights are not plugged in with on of the bulbs holders broken (probably because it was not in the right place and was smacked against the engine), one of the fuses is missing, and these are only what I can see from just looking at the car with out using tools to see that else is not put together/ broken inside the more important parts of the car.

I have feel like the shop just destroyed my car and made me pay money for the damages. This is not how any business should work.Desired Settlement: I honestly can not even imagine trusting this car after what the shop did to it. I would like the shop to buy the car off of me and refund me for all the work they did that did nothing for my car. I also think the shop owes me a small fee for my suffering. While my car was gone I constantly needed to depend on others for rides, would have to walk 7 miles to my work last year including during winter, or spend my own money to hire a cab, I would also need to walk to get groceries and any other household items or just anything in general. Not to mention the constant stress of being so monetarily cheated and having to always worry about my vehicle. I have since purchased a second car that I would have never got had it not been for this situation.

Review: Company has had my car for 2 months paid almost 600 dollars for my car havent driven it once. They seem to tell me different issues for the car but nothing is ever fixed. They also tell me that my car woud be ready one day and then it wouldnt be ready at all the list of complaints goes on with them it hurts me so much to put my money and trust into this company and for them to either jimmy rig my vehicle or not fix it altogether is not good business and hope this issue can get sorted quickly.Desired Settlement: I would also like for this company to go and give this company an evaluation. I know for a fact that this company is not up to date with many things.

I just want to say I have never been treated better by a tow device. I had a family emergency, and was driving from n.d. to Washington in a snow storm, when my truck broke down. Mike came out at midnight, picked myself and my brother up, towed the truck, and found us a cheap motel. Picked us up from motel, and took us to airport, fixed the truck for 1/2 the price of the last time, and then picked me up at the airport again. This man.....this business, is amazing. Miracle Mile ...myself and my whole family thank you.
