Maintenance at this apartment complex is sub-parI've been attempting to get an issue with black mold resolved since June As of May 2016, the problem still exists and I have given up attempting to get the repairs doneIn addition, maintenance on the property is sub-par, in generalI've had a non-functioning door bell since I moved in, that I have reported multiple timesAfter the flooding event that caused the mold, I was told that my light fixtures (which had broken under the weight of the water) would be replaced but never wereMaintenance also didn't bother to empty the water from the ceiling light fixtures, I had to do that myself after waiting a week for maintenance to return to fix the light fixturesFallen trees are left where they fall, including across walking paths, making those paths non-handicap accessible and increasing the likelihood of property damageBroken equipment in the dog park is left unrepaired and is never removedGaps in the bottom of the dog park fence are not repaired, allowing dogs to leave the park - I have had to break up a fight between a dog who escaped the dog park and my own dog, after the escaped dog charged us and the owner couldn't recapture itAfter that, I wouldn't go near the park if there was a dog in itExterior light fixture covers are not replaced when broken or missing, although the light bulbs are changedThe covers can be seen strewn about the property, as they are never picked up by maintenanceTrash cans around the property are not emptied until they are overflowing

For the customer's complaint, we don't understand what she means for we cuts on her toes and heelsDoes it mean we made her feel pain or she was bleeding? That's NOT trueBecause until she left here, there was no problem with her toes and heels AT ALLShe got spa pedicure service and also free minutes massage without any complain until we charged her at the end of the serviceShe brought a gift card, which she bought from another miracle nailsWe have several miracle nails with the same business name, but we have different management So we apologized to her and told her we cannot accept the gift card from other placeThen she started to madThe reason that she complaint is we didn't accept her gift cardAt the next day, she called back and we told her if she unsatisfied with the service we would happy to redo the service for her and also want to discuss about how to deal with the gift card which she bought from another miracle nailsWe also begged her to stop by our store and if she doesn't want to receive our free redo service, we would happy to discuss to refund allBut she never showed upWe tried our bestservice for herIn return, we received a complaintIt really makes us sadHowever, we agree to refund herAnd we hope other business stores do not face the same situation as we experiencedWe really worry about if she got refund from us and do the same thing for other business storesHope this is her first time and last timeRunning a business is not an easy job; everyone needs to work really hardSo hope she can understand and do not do the same thing to other stores and no more in our store alsoThank you for taking time to readBest wishes, Miracle Nails

Came in for a pedicure, an older Asian woman was assigned to me She used a foot scraper tool but pressed too hard creating a raw spot in my arch area Normally this tool is used on the thicker areas of the foot I pulled away it was very tender when she used it on my arches She continued by applying lotion and oil but it began to sting so I pulled my foot back and said it hurt She got up and another woman came to look at my foot and asked what was wrong I said she scraped my foot too much in that area She ran some hot water and said to soak it some more but the hot water stung it I asked to let cold water run over it instead She did and filled the basin with cold water where I soaked it some more but while it helped it was no longer the pleasant experience of receiving a pedicure My foot was now ice cold I asked for a towel from the older woman who did not say anything to me as she gave me a towel The towel may have been washed but still had dried nail polish on it an

They never offered to refund my money and as of 5/they still have not refunded meThey did cut my nails way to short and they were very painful and also scrub my heels rawWhen I called in the morning they said they would take they gift certificate, but after the service was done they refused to take it
I would still like my refund as they are saying they offered it, but I have never received it
