To Whom it May Concern, In reading the above complaint, I am sorry that you have to witness such nonsense., The work that Miracle Plumbing & Heating promised on contract was complete, the damage to one of the units was a manufacturers issue the customer took it upon her own hands and
called the manufacturer for the tank less hot water heater giving them information that caused us to purchase another hot water heater. As she states here my Town of Hempstead license was never suspended and still in affect(copy attached). We are a professional company and are all about our customers, even the difficult ones. We went back everytime customer stated she had an issue but was only available at her convenience. To comment for the gas pressure test the first time it failed was due to an existing gas line second time we were not in time to meet with the inspector, third time pressure test gauge was faulty. We had offered to come back and complete the job that we started but customer refused, at this time customer had another plumber in line and now she is looking for some kind of refund on the job that was already completed. We are sorry but we cannot do work for free

Since it is the same name of owner on both corporation and since Ken C[redacted] was the representative that I dealt with, it is his legal and financial responsibilities to resolve that issue. Many corporations change their names in order to get out of their obligations, and as long as he is still in business and didn't dissolve it, he is still liable 100%.

I apologize for not being able to respond to this customer our office was closed Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday due to the passing of my mom.  My office had made up a voicemail to alert customers that we were not open but since our whole system is computerized the message somehow never...

changed. Thats one thing our company does not do is ignore customers. It was a very rough week.

I have left a couple of messages in response to the service on your generator with no response back.  I did not receive any email in relations to the generator service issue.   I am  very upset about this since I have been trying to accommodate you through this whole...

process since the prior corporation Miracle Plumbing & Heating II, Inc. which your original contract was with closed on Feb. **, 2014.  We are not denying you a free service on the generator within the first year we just need to set up an appointment to do so if we do not speak with you verbally we cannot just come to your home and do the service.  The service contract for the $485.00 was for any service to the generator after the year is up. Every customer gets a free year of service with the install of a generator.   Please contact us ###-###-#### someone does answer the phone. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused  I am going to give you a $50.00 coupon to use toward any service in the future.

Review: We hired the Miracle Plumbing & Heating, Inc. and [redacted] in 11/2012 to replace all of our existing gas pipes and furnish and install a new boiler and direct water heater, due to a gas leak and damage to the existing units, as a result Hurricane Sandy. The plumber only partially replaced the gas pipes and did not install the units correctly to code. We have been unable to pass the plumbing inspection (gas leak remains), failed 3 times, dates 11/*/13, 4/*/14, and 5/*/14. [redacted], Master Plumber License Number [redacted] had his license to practice plumbing in the Town of Hempstead suspended on 6/*/14. We hired another plumber on 6/*/14 to complete the work.Desired Settlement: We would like a full refund either cash or a certified bank check for the full amount of $4500 that we have to pay the new plumber to complete the work correctly so that it will be up to code and pass inspection and allow us to get the manufacturers warranty in place for the new Buderus Boiler and Bosch water heater.

Review: I had no heat upstairs and they found the issue. It was a frozen pipe under the radiator. They "fixed" it, I paid $1634.75 and they left. 11 days later the pipe is leaking again on the floor and down into the garage. I've called 3 times, left messages and sent a text message to no avail. I have a different plumber coming out today. I would like a refund of $315.00 for the split pipe charges that Miracle Plumbing did not do correctly.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded $315.00 for that portion of the work.

Review: I signed a contract with the [redacted] on 5/**/13 to install a Generac whole house gas generator and was told upon signing that the first year of maintenance was free and after that it would be $400.00 a year. The project took much longer than projected due to company issues. Final inspection by the town was not completed until 3/**/14. (Among other reasons I was given for the delay are: the company stated that they had a long wait in being able to schedule a master electrician to inspect the generator ; once done, it did not pass code and needed to be corrected. )

After the final town inspection, I called Miracle and requested a service contract for the generator. I anticipated that they would confirm that the first year (from 3/**/14 to 3/**/15) would be free as [redacted] had represented when I signed the contract. for generator installation. The service contract I received from Miracle was for $485.00 beginning 3/**/14. I called the office in early April 2014 and spoke directly to [redacted] and told him of my concerns. He indicated that he would get back to me but never did. I have since called the office, left a message which I followed with 2 e-mails to Miracle web site: [redacted]. There has been no response.Desired Settlement: An apology and the following:

1.) Service contract for yearly maintenance for generator free of charge from 3/**/14 to 3/**/15.

2.) Subsequent service contract at 400.00 for the next year 3/**/15 to 3/**/16.

Review: My plumber who installed a generator in my house doesn't comply with the required filing request of the [redacted] by submitting the electrician underwriting certificate. He never answer my requests either by phone or email. Totally ignoring all my calls. I have to hire an independant contractor to finish the filing issues and pay him extra money out of my pocket, inspite of the fact that the plumber got all his money many months agoDesired Settlement: either submit the certificate or pay me the cost of the new engineer

Ken was not the owner of Miracle Plumbing & Heating II, Inc. Ira S[redacted] was Ken was only the licensed plumber on the corporation. Since money was paid to a corporation that is no longer open we cannot provide funds that Miracle Plumbing & Heating Inc. was never given.
