Yesterday, I sent Mr *** copies of the invoice from when I changed his water heater which was under warranty I sent him a record of the permit from that installation I also sent him a copy of the waterheater manufacturer warranty and hi lighted the section concerning the warranty replacement for the existing water heater All of this is as I said it was I suggest that he look up *** *** water heaters on the internet if he has any further questions regarding this warranty.I do not know what brand waterheater he ended up purchasing, but if he looks at the warranty papers which should have been included with all water heaters he will find that manufacturers warranty is very similar to this one I suggest that he purchase a permit for his installation.I do not owe him any money ($dollars) and I will not pay him any money I consider this matter closed

I am rejecting this response because: No other plumber was going to charge me $just to install a new water heaterI was willing to pay for installationYou were charging me for bothYou never showed me a permit for the other water heater you installed last timeDo not make stuff up and make yourself look like the better personI did not pay for installation for the first water heater that was replaced due to it leaking. Just live up to your promise With good customer satisfaction and stop trying to justify your bad decision. If you can prove I paid for the installation and how much I paid for the first replacement and proof you had a permit, which I NEVER saw the first time or this time, I will apologize. Also, you said you were going back to the first heaters warranty is just poor business practice and not in the warranty notice. If you can prove this warranty practice according to the manufacturing company, I will back off. Not an industry practice! Even your installer said he would not do it and the offer was not fairPlease make sure you do not take this out on him, he was just providing good customer satisfaction skills. If you do, I will go on record that he was just being honest and acting in a professional mannerMy wife will attest to his comments. I am still asking for the replacement of the second water heater due to it leaking under warrantyCost to me was $for the heater and installation. I am still asking for $500. This will cover the cost of the new heater I had installed.

Attn *** ***As per the customer complaint for *** *** *** .Miracle Plumbing, incdid the plumbing in the new
house as stated in the complaint. The original water heater did leak during the warranty period. Miracle plumbing, inc.did replace it as per the standard manufacturers warranty. Miracle Plumbing did charge labor for the replacement as is stated in the manufacturers warranty, but did not charge for the replacement water heater. As is stated in the manufacturers warranty which is attached to every water heater, the manufacturer will supply a new water heater to replace the original water heater at no cost to the customer, but the labor cost is not included. The replacement water heater will carry the balance of the warranty from the original water heater. I believe this is industry standard. No plumber is going to be responsible for the manufacture of the water heater and supply a new heater at the plumbers expense.Miracle Plumbing, incstandard rate for a installation of a gallon gas water heater includes the water heater, delivery to the site, removal of the dead unit from the premises, dump fee, clean up, and plumbing permit for the water heater. The city and home owners insurances require a permit for each water heater installed. If there is a problem with the installation and there is no permit a lot of times the insurance will not pay a claim. This is a frivolous claim and needs to be dismissed.Mike E***Miracle Plumbing, inc
