Miracle Pool Care Reviews (%countItem)

Miracle Blasting was recommended to us by a pool company to remove and clean the tile of calcium removal. The following day we noticed a lot of white spots on the bottom of the pool along with on the sides. We were required to pay him on the day of service however it took him 4 days to give me a receipt. He did come out the following day with a worker and he was dumbfounded on what had happened and of course it had never happened before. Apparently when he was putting the sealer on the tile there was a hole in his bucket that was leaking the sealer on to the sides and bottom of the pool. He tried cleaning it but he told us that it would take time working on brushing and cleaning. He said that he would be out once a week just like the pool company is and between both of them over time it should disappear. I have kept all my texts to him and phone log on when I called him and he would always give me the same answer that they would be out and take of it. On 4/11/2018 was my last call to him and he said someone would be out. No one showed up and the next day a texted him and said no one was out. No response. I did leave him a message to advise him that I was filing a complaint with the Revdex.com and the ROC.

For some reason I do not see the complaint to read it.Upon arrival at Mrs. home the pool was already drained, therefore we have no way of knowing if the stains already existed on the older pebble tech surface. We have completed hundreds of pools and sealed hundreds of pool tile with zero issues,But we worked to resolve her complaint right away with the client and the pool co. That sub contracted us for the calcium removal. We offered to do a acid wash but was advised not to by the pool care company (Monster Pools) so customer said no, so for 4 plus weeks afterwards we went wsekly to scrub the spots on the pool pebble tech, tbey were fading to a point but it was obvious that it have to be drained and acid rinsed. ( Not recommend this time of year),We also mentioned that we could refund there money if they would like, even though there is no way to say it for sure came from our sealer. This issue has Never happened in any of our other pools. We have hundreds of very satisfied customers. Very sorry Mrs. feels we damaged her pool. We are still willing to do a complete refund.Thank you for your time,Kevin J T Miracle Blasting Llc
