I ordered the piri-stretcher from Miracle Stretch's website for my father Unfortunately, my father didn't like it So I made efforts to return it The website indicates you need to obtain an RMA number from a customer rep or wait for a response to an email you can send to them on their website I tried speaking to someone and got a recording saying no one was available to help me Tried sending an email inquiry and never got a response Oh! And while I waited for someone to answer their number, I got to listen to a recording that told me if I'm trying to return the piri-stretcher, I would only receive a partial refund if it's been days since I purchased the item So much for the 30-day satisfaction guarantee that they brag about I never heard from them I had to go to PayPal since that was my method of payment and lodge a complaint Of course, Miracle Stretch answered responded to PayPal almost immediately Still waiting for an outcome Shame on you, Miracle Stretch Once someone buys your product, your customer service is non-existent

I purchased a Miracle Stretch I returned it to the location that was listed on the receipt When I called to see why I have not received my credit (been days since they received), I was told that they didn't receive it And that was after she said it could take 1-weeks Playing stupid I said so, I should call back tomorrow? She said let me see if we received it She said she didn't So, she asked where I sent it to and I told her the place listed on receipt She wanted me to email the receipt I asked her for the phone number to where it went and she said she didn't know I said well, then I'll just call the credit card company and deny the charge She said, I'll credit you since you returned it What kind of b*** is this I said UnrealNever again!
