On 7/12/20, I renewed my Lease on my 2018 Toyota Corolla, due to expire 01/2021. Miracle Toyota only paid Southeast Toyota Fin 08/2020 through 11/2020
On July 12, 2020, I went to Miracle Toyota, Haines City, Florida to renew my lease on my 2018 Toyota Corolla LE due to expire 01/01/2021. I decided to lease a 2020 RAV-4. The Sales Rep asked me if I had paid July 1, 2020 payment and I stated yes. It was paid on 6/23/2020. The Sales manager stated they are going to pay off the remaining balance on the old lease. I received a statement from Southeast Toyota Finance on 08/01/20 dated 7/23/2020 stating a balance is due for $335.46 for the month of 12/2020. On 08/01/2020, 08/03/2020, 08/04/2020, 08/05/2020 and 08/06/2020, I called the Sales Rep and told him about the statement from Southeast Toyota Finance. He became rather upset and raised his voice stating there is nothing he could do. He stated it was not there fault and I was responsible. I stated he made a mistake on the Lease Pay Off form and he knew when the lease was going to expire, he stated he didn't know. I asked him, how could you not know when the lease would expire and decide how many months had to be paid. I left messages to the Finance Rep, Sales Manager and Sales Rep and have not received any response. The Sales Rep didn't know what he was doing. I spoke to Southeast Toyota on 8/03/2020 and stated they only received a check from Miracle Toyota for $1347.87. They referred me back to Miracle Toyota. Also, the Finance Rep asked me when signing the new contract if I wanted American Warranty Maintenance Service and I told him no. I just noticed the contract for $384 and one for $517. I called him in July a///n/d asked him and he said I don't have the $517 contract and hang up on me. On 08/06/2020 I called American Warranty Service Corporation and the Rep verified I do have a contract with them and referred back to Miracle Toyota. When I dealt with the Sales Manager it was agreed my monthly payment would be $370.00, when I met with the Finance Rep, he stated its 390.47. I asked why and he stated once the papers get to him the payment can change. This is fraud and abuse what Miracle Toyota has done. They are losing a good customer.

Desired Outcome

I want Miracle Toyota to pay Southeast Toyota Finance the remaining balance of $335.46 and cancel those maintenance contracts that I didn't want. I want to know if the extra $20.00 on my monthly payment is because of the maintenance contracts.

Good Afternoon, 08/10/20
I spoke with the Sales Director at Miracle Toyota in person today and he and I came to an agreement. He is going to cut a check for $335.47 to Southeast Toyota Finance today. The American Warranty Service was refunded to me and I was allowed to keep it, therefore my payment stayed at $390.46. I would like for Revdex.com not to post the complaint on the Revdex.com website due to we came to this agreement. I am very appreciative to Revdex.com for your guidance and prompt response to this matter. Thank you very much.

Refund on Gap Insurance Cancellation, no information regrading refund check process and to which address is being sent since I'm no longer at Florida
I bought from them a Toyota Yaris Ai VIN# *** and after I moved from Florida to Arkansas traded vehicle. I canceled my Gap Insurance through US Warranty in August 8, 2019 after vehicle trade was done August 3. After cancellation agent in Gap company informed refund process was finished by Dealership by providing a check with the refund amount of $682. Got in touch with the only person who at least has given some information Tim *** from the Finance department who after approving told me to keep in touch with the warranty administrator Jessica to obtain info of the tracking number and address where the check is going. This due to me having move out of Florida to Arkansas, I informed if possible to sent check to my new address and they based to my knowledge and talk with the finance manager, told me it was going to be sent to the Arkansas address. I was explained the process will take more or less 2 months after cancellation. As of November 08, 2019 having made calls no one has updated me on the check status, if it was sent and to which address. I today finally got hold of the warranty administrator only to be told she was having a meting and was going to call me in an hour. This has been the excuse for over a month and going, right now my calls feels like are being rejected and transfer to other departments until it goes back to the cashier or greeter desk and hang up. This process has been tedious and left me with no much options, if I keep waiting I don't know if eventually I lose the right to claim my refund. I have recommended to friends to go and buy cars here, but this makes me question service after. I have my documents to provide if needed. I might try to call US Warranty and report this to see what they can do on their end while I get in touch with my boss on my Chrysler dealership to see if we can contact the GM of Miracle Toyota regarding this issue. I understand given I work in warranty for Chrysler, the process it takes but this is getting ridiculous and is unprofessional coming from Miracle Toyota. To not keep the customer informed and updated due to me from their point of view no longer being a customer they have to take care for, is disrespectful.

Desired Outcome

The refund check of $682, status if already filed, the address to which it was sent to, if possible to my address at Arkansas, the tracking number of the check to see when it will arrive. Very simply process if you guys will have kindly and simply keep me updated and told me the information I needed regarding the check if it was sent, when will arrive and the address is going to.

Talked with their Finance Manager Tim *** and received refund check.

Vehicle has had a check engine light on been at dealer multiple times for check engine light being on still not fixed.
It's a 2018 Toyota Yaris IA Manual trans, YR/MDL 2018/6263 A. The car right now has 47x miles on it I'm the First owner of the car. R/O number are ***/1 dated for 7/02/2019,***/1 dated on 6/29/2019, ***/1 dated for 07/09/2019 though 07/12/2019 on these days I had a car rental that I paid for out for pocket. The car has been in for check engine light on they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it and why the light kept coming on now I want in on 09/21/2019 with check engine light on again it's saying Engine System Malfunction dealer told me I would have to pay $147.00 just for them to check diagnosis on the vehicle. I told them I have extended warranty on the vehicle and that I've been there multiple times for the same reason and nothing is being done. My concern and the way I feel about this is that their waiting for my warranty to run out so that they can fix the car and charge me a lot for it.

Desired Outcome

I would like for them to figure out what's going on with the vehicle I feel like it's a computer problem. Tired of having to call off work and take the car in to be checked nothing is being done all they do is turn off the check engine light and just tell me to come back if it comes on again. I bought this car for work and dropping off my kids to school and I've had to depend on other people to help me. I'm still paying for the car but they can't fix the problem.

Service manager left voicemail on 9/23 and 9/24 advising customer to come into the dealership for diagnostic at no charge to her. Both calls had no customer contact. On 10/26 Mery G. and Dee reached contact with Maria where she stated she didn't hear the voicemails and didn't return to the dealer because the check engine light turned off on its own. Mery G advised the customer to return to the dealership if the problem persists and see Mery G or Michael ***.

Miracle Toyota of ***, Florida deceived and defrauded me of over $2,000 .00 on the purchase of a 2015 Toyota Highlander XLE.
Miracle Toyota of ***, Florida defrauded me of over $2,000 .00 on the purchase of a 2015 Toyota Highlander XLE.
On the 4/18/19, I met with a sales representative at Miracle Toyota to purchase a 2015 Toyota Highlander XLE, I brought in an internet ad from ***.com showing the price of $24,391. The car was brought in and after a short inspection, I decided that I would purchase it for the listed prices of $24,391.00. We negotiated the price of my Trade In, a 2011 Toyota Camry with 74,000 miles for 5,500. During the discussion, a manager passed by and listened in to the conversation and commented that the price of the Highlander was $25,000. I showed him their add and remarked to him that $600.00 plus dollars may not mean anything to Toyota but to me a senior citizen, it was a lot of money. He left saying "OK" .
About six hours later since we started, we began the signing process. It was dark on outside and most of the workers had left, we were exhausted. The Toyota rep just kept pushing the paper before us and saying " just sign here, sign here, so that we can get done" with very little or no explanation. Unfortunately we were deceived by their friendliness and signed the papers without verifying what we were signing. Exhausted and tired, we left the office after 9:30 PM.
The following morning we decided to look at the document and were astonished to see that they had raised the sale price of the vehicle from $24,391 to $26,478.00, over $2,000 .00 difference. In addition they added other things that we did not order nor discussed.
A few days later we took a witness along to our scheduled meeting with the Manager. We questioned the price deception and other charges that were never ordered or discussed. The Manager in the presence of my wife and my witness kept insisting that the price of the vehicle was $24,000. Plus dollar as agreed, despite the fact that the document showed the sale price of the vehicle as $26,478.00 . He kept showing the total payment of $24,232.58 as proof that we got the vehicle for the agreed price. This was not the sale price, but the final payment after all the Tax, warranties, insurance and other additions were calculated and my $5,000.00 Trade In and $3,000.00 cash payment were deducted. We were robbed of over $2,000 .00 by a giant company with no recourse.
I am convinced that we were targeted to be robbed because we were Senior citizens.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund of the $2000 dollars that was fraudulently charged to me. I would also like to ensure that Miracle Toyota does not continue this practice of price switching to any of it's customers, especially senior citizens.

Revdex.com Case #***.

Miracle Toyota's claim that the matter was discussed and solved at the meeting on 4/24/19 is not correct.
In the meeting on 4/24/19, we questioned the fact that the document showed the car purchase price as $26,478.00 dollars. The Sales Manager Kept insisting to my witness, my wife and I, that the car was sold to me at the advertised and agreed price of $24,391.00 dollars. He said that they mistakenly overcharged me $392.00 dollars. We kept on disagreeing and questioned his accuracy based on the sales price shown on the document. We could not reach an agreement so we disappointedly left. About a week later, I received a check in the mail for $392.00 dollars. Itis obvious that if the starting figure of $26,478.00 dollars is incorrect, all the other calculations based on this figure, must also be incorrect.
The check for $392.00 dollars does not in any way make up for the difference between an agreed purchase price of $24,391.00 and a fraudulent Sale price of $26,478.00. The problem that needs solution is the fact that Toyota unscrupulously changed the advertised and agreed upon price.
I have sought advice from legal and sales profession, and have showed them the advertisement and the documents. They all believe that something smells of deception and fraud. It is interesting to note that $24,317.98 is mentioned at one place as the amount financed. At another place it is recorded as Balance Due on Delivery. Nowhere is it recorded as sale price or purchase price. The Sale price is shown as $26,478.00 dollars and all the calculations were based on this fraudulent number. This is the PROBLEM.
When all my auxiliary purchases and taxes and other charges are calculated and added to the agreed sales price of $24,391.00 and my $8,000.00 pay down, comprising of $5,000 Trade IN Plus $3,000.00 cash payment, are deducted, there is a $2,000.00 plus disparity.
I have witnesses that can attest to the fact that Miracle falsely insisted that the vehicle was sold to me for the agreed price of $24,391.00. I also have the advertisement that was presented to the Sales representative on the day of purchase.
I am disappointed that Miracle Toyota would go this length to defraud a senior citizen. I am therefore disagreeing with Miracle Toyota and seek your further assistance in resolving this matter.

My car blew its head gasket on 3/12/19. I have a Limited Powertrain Warranty with Miracle Toyota. Miracle Toyota is failing to honor it.
Car head gasket blew on 3/12/19.
*** verified that it was the head gasket on 3/22/19.
I had it towed to Miracle Toyota on 3/26/19.
Miracle Toyota is saying that the warranty company won't honor the warranty because of no proof that the spark plugs were changed at 120k miles.
I have a great service record for this car. I do all that is recommended or required within reason. I would have done spark plugs if recommended for the warranty. It may have even been done. I just don't have the proof.
The service manager, Mike R says he agrees and that the warranty should be honored as the spark plugs don't have anything to do with a blown head gasket. But they keep blowing me off. They have had my car for 80 days and it's starting to affect my job not having a car.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking that they honor the warranty and fix the car. The dealership signed the contract and should be responsible for its execution and not try to lay blame on another company (which is also owned by the dealership according to the service manager).

Dear Revdex.com Representative:
Murphy Auto Group, Inc dba Miracle Toyota sold a Used 2009 Toyota Camry on August 04,
2012 to ***. At the point of sale Mr. signed and received a Give Away
Limited Powertrain Warranty at no additional cost. Furthermore, the limited poweitrain
warranty is provided by a third-party vendor, not Miracle Toyota.
Miracle Toyota utilizes a Warranty Administration company, ***, to verify that warranty
qualications comply prior to authorizing any work performed and a warranty claim approved.
The specic cause for denial of the claim is because the customer did not meet the obligations
for the warranty to cover his vehicle. I have attached a Customer copy of the Limited Powertrain
Warranty and highlighted Section J, Page 4, Maintenance Requirements. Specically, the
customer did not perform four (4) oil change services as recommended by the Manufacturer. In
addition to the missed oil changes the customer did not Replace Engine Spark Plugs, as
recommended by the manufacturer, at 100,000 miles. Due to the missed services reviewed and
veried by our third-party warranty administration, we have no choice but to deny the claim to
replace Mr.' engine. Please nd the attached denial letter from our third-paity warranty
administration company.
We are willing to assist the customer in the following ways:
l) Acquire the parts necessary to complete the repair and sell them to Mr. at our
invoice cost
2) Complete the x with our Technician Labor at our internal cost.
3) Continue to store the vehicle on our property for 30 more days free of charge.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Their response is disappointing, unsatisfactory, and inaccurate. While I am glad to finally get a written decision, I am disappointed that it was only provided after I filed this complaint with the Revdex.com (almost 4 months after initial request).

The warranty was a promotional warranty that the sales team used to convince me that there was less risk buying from Miracle Toyota than elsewhere because of such a great warranty. I believed them and trusted that it would be followed ethically and honorably.

I take exceptional care of this vehicle over the past 7 years as evidenced by my service history records (attached). This was also echoed by the service managers at Miracle Toyota. I also complete most actions that any dealership or repair shop recommends within reason (even more in some cases) and I get oil changes religiously and consistently. Spark plug changing is not listed in the warranty contract and has no bearing on head gaskets although this was the only reason that I was ever told the warranty provider may have a problem with. But obviously I would have done it if recommended as part of a warranty requirement.

At this point we have decided to pursue legal routes to ensure that Miracle Toyota fulfills their responsibility in this matter.

Thank you for your time and for your service, Revdex.com. This is often the only measure by which consumers can exercise their rights and to share their experiences with one another for the common good.

I've been trying to get some documents sent to the G company a policy which I purchased through Toyota. I've called 5 times and no return call! I'm out of state and can not physically go there to pick up documents. A simple return call, how hard is that. Gs are time sensitive, and the run around with Toyota is ridiculous. Bad business practice!

Was lied to about paying old car balance and lied to about total finance balance, paying for a car I don't have was all added to my new payment.
O brought a 2017 high lander on 10/24/2018 trading in my 2007 camera. It was my wife car and she owed a balance 4100 and some change. After telling them I don't want to pay for this car and a new car they stated they will clear my balance and pay my car off. Then I asked them will any balance go towards my new car I was told no. I said if so I don't want a new car I will keep my old car pay it off then come in and get a new car on a later date. So Toyota worked a xeal said they will pay the car off it becomes theirs and up top of that they kept my rims I paid 12 hundred saying it was apart of the deal and I clearly did.not say so , but they would not let me get my rims back. Well in the finance room doing the paper I ask the finance man what's the balance of my car he told me one price and added all the sales tax and dealer fee so the high lander was 26,200 and after all the taxes and dealer fees the amount was28,723.36. So we asked him is that what we are being charged and why so much he broke it down about the fees and it added up. Ok Then we ask will that be the amount we habe to pay back he said no the bank thay finance you have fees like interest on your loan. So after he did the paper work we ask him was they pay g my car off and not add g anything to my new loan because I don't want any upside down payments and if I have to make any payments on that old car I will just keep my car and get a new car later. He said no it would not get added on to the new balance. He told is the bank finance us for 28,723.35 and we have have to pay them back 33,708.28. After he said that we ask why so much he told is once again the interest on the loanand how long it take to pay it back. I ask him what is the total amount we will have to pay the bank interest in all he then circle the amount and said this is it interest and all and the amount was 33,708.28 we asked again the old car will not be added he said no we are paying it off. Well a month and half later *** sent me my paying receipt book that had the amount that I owe and show that we will owe them $41,755.56 and 33,,708.28 so that made me look at our contract and when we looked my wife and I, seen that the finance guy had added the balance of my old car to our new loan, and the amount thay was suppose to be our total pay off balance to the bank was the amount the bank actually Finance that's for which cause the pay back amount to reach 41,755.56 and not 33,708.28 for a used 2017 high lander. He lied after asking him will they add the old car, and then I'm still pay g for my old car and new car combined together in one payment but they still have my old car or sales it. Toyota miracle should red He my contract making it right with the bank for the price he said was being financed without adding my old car balance to my new car balance. or cut me a check for the balance 4,733.58 so I can send that payment to *** to knock of so of them payments or five me my old car which I'm havi g to still pay for.I was scammed into a contract after being lied to about several different issues. 1. My car would be paid off in full. 2. no balance adding to new car payment loan. 3.What was be I g finance and all the amount was wrong. I have my contract where he circle the amount we would have to pay the bank back, but in reality that amount was for the amount financed by the bank so he circled that to hush us cuz if you would have Circle $41,755.50 that would have raised questions about why so much and we would then see he added the old car payment to the new loan. So after making my second payment we looked over the paperwork seen it with her right we gave Toyota to call they will send an ad Diggs and fees and everything just wasn't at enough so they told us to come in it asked questions and they should we get all the answers we need.

Desired Outcome

TOyota can redo my contract the right way without adding the old car. 2. Toyota can give me my old car back because I'm paying it off anyways after I was told I was not going to have a no deal us with that car. plus they kept my rims. 3.Cut me a check for that amount they add g to my new loan for 4,733.58

I accept the response from Toyota,I met with Toyota Sales manager on yesterday 1/11/2019 as agreed, unfortunately *** was unable to be there so I *** went in, and we called *** on the phone and he spoke to the sales manager as well. The Sales Manager strongly apologized about the misunderstandings about the Rims and the prices. He said he could not do anything about the contract that we have now because it was already done, but agreed after having the vehicle for six months he will buy back the Vehicle that we had purchased from Toyota, and put us in a brand new 2019 and try to keep our payments around the same, and without having to go through all the different issues and levels we had to go through with the vehicle we have now, as well as giving me credit for my Rims. They was very understanding to our feelings and our issues as well as our needs. We feel that Toyota Management will stand by their word. The Sales Manager gave us his business card and told us we will deal with him. Of course we was concern about will Toyota Management stick to their word, but he assured us that his word is bond.SO when the time comes and everything works out we will keep Revdex.com updated and hopefully all works out as agreed.

I took my vehicle which was compliantly fine for a recall and it came back with a light that won't turn off. Now they don't want to be responsible.
My vehicle had a recall for the air bags and spark plugs. I took it to the dealer for them to replace and fix recall. When I go and pick it up after work was done. I notice the light that indicate doors are open stay on. I when back to the dealer to let them know and fix it. They came back to me saying that they can do a diagnostic free of cost but that I need it to make my self responsible for the repair. I indicated to them that my vehicle wasn't like that when I drop it up early morning. Because the piece and labor value is over 1,200 they don't want to make them self responsible, for something they broke. My husband provide to ask for a manager, manager didn't help us at all and indicated to us to call corporate but there is nothing he could do.

Desired Outcome

They not even tried to help me to resolve the issue.

In response to Revdex.com case ***. Customer Elisio R has been the main contact we have had in regard to 2009 Corolla the first visit to Miracle Toyota was for a Takata Airbag Recall and oil change on 12/15/2018.

When he left, he said he noticed indicator light that shows the doors are open stays on. A complimentary Diagnostic test was completed and the repair that needs completed is in no way related to the Airbag replacement. Eliso came back in on 12/22/2018 spoke with Mike R Director of Parts and Service and was told that repairs were not related, and he would have to pay .

We can understand the customers perspective , but the Diagnostic test does show that the repair is not related to the Recall performed. The car is 10 years old and has 179000 miles and repairs like this will happen.

My car most be 10 year old, but is in good condition. Also, when they spoke with Eliseo which is my husband they told him the he was not the original person who brought the vehicle. They never showed me a report. They just told me the amount of the part and labor. I took my car to a mechanic and it was not even what they told me. It is working in good condition, they broke the stand where it goes plug in. I fix it already for way less of what they told me. Because I couldn't take the chance to be driving around without knowing if I had a door open since I have a children. Next time they should do an inspections on vehicle "old for them" and make sure this will not happen to somebody else. I'm not satisfy with there respond. But case can be closed. Thanks

Service department can't find out why our car won't start after a couple of months of being there for service. Our car is not yet a year old and has been at the garage twice for the same thing. Each time they say they don't know what is wrong and send us home. We will never get another new car from Miracle Toyota again.

false information to consumer from finance manager

On 5/1/18 we talked to the finance manager about this he made a call and said everything is Ok. So before we left I called toyota financeing and they said nothing was ok. Johnithin made another call and said " Oh I misunderstood them their cutting a check today to credit my wifes loan. On 5/10/18 no refund was received from miracle toyota. Talked to finance manager 3 times and customer relations once but we are very concerned. The total refund is around $4700.00 . After inquiring with several Finance Managers, it is a suggestion that all Finance Managers make to customers who could possibly hold an insurance with a company that does not offer GAP.

Salesman did not fulfill his promise after I had bought a car from them.
I leased a car in miracles toyota in 2015. I went there to have my leased car for tire rotation in dec 19,2017. Salesman came and talked to me telling me that I'm eligible to return my lease car and get a new one. My original plan is to buy the lease car that I have but he convinced me that I can get a better deal when I buy a new car. After some negotiations, I was convinced to buy a new car. I asked him what should I do with my lease car, he told me that he'll take care of it, all the payments, as long as I purchased a new car from them. He even told me that I don't need to pay for the service of tire rotation because he got me covered as long I will get a new car from them. All I have to do is to leave the car there and drive a new car and I agree with the new monthly payment for my new car. So I agreed.
In January 5,2018, I got a bill from them that I owed $2713.26 for the wear and tear of my lease car. I went there to complain. The sales manager agreed to pay for it as long as I will purchase another car from them. My husband has a lease car from them too so I agreed thinking that they will give me a fair deal but they are overpricing the car that we wanted to buy so I did not agreed with their offer. The sales manager said he is sorry that he cannot help me with the charges for the wear and tear it's because im not buying another car from them. That's very unfair for me, in the first place their salesman made me believe that I don't have to pay anything for my lease car as long as I will purchase a new car from them. Then after I signed for a new car, they will charge me for the lease car.

Desired Outcome

I want miracles toyota to pay for the charges of wear and tear of my lease car which is $2713.26

Miracle Toyota Response • Feb 05, 2018

At the time of purchase of a lease, the customer is aware that they are responsible for excess wear and tear and any over mileage. The customer signs an agreement at the time of purchase which states they are responsible for any excess wear and tear and over mileage. Excess wear and tear is determined when the vehicle is picked up by TFS and a bill is sent to the customer.

The dealership tried working with the customer on this issue but we couldn't reach an agreement.

Customer Response • Feb 06, 2018

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I am aware that I have the responsibility for the wear an tear of my lease car but I missed the opportunity for my lease car to have it fixed before returning it to them because the salesman in miracles toyota told me that I could just leave the lease car with them and they will take care of "everything" as long as I will buy a new car from them. This loses my opportunity to have my lease car do the pre-inspection service before returning it to them in that way I don't have to pay a lot for the wear and tear for my lease car. The words that the salesman had told me that "they will take care of my lease car, I don't have to do anything with it "misled me on my decision thinking I was doing the proper procedure of returning my car since I lease my car from them and i'm buying a new car from them too. I even asked the salesman if I need to clean my car before returning it, he said no, as long as I buy a new car from them, they'll take care of returning my new car to them, that made me believe that it includes the wear and tear charges or whatever is needed to be done for the lease car before returning it to them. I attached a copy of the letter which toyota sent me for proper procedure of how to return the lease car which was dated January 4, 2018 which I already return the lease car to them.

I dont have a letter/ document stating that they will take care of all the payments but I trusted the words of their salesman that made me believe that I don't have to pay anything for my lease car since I bought a new car from them.

When I called the salesman to complain, he mentioned that I don't have to worry about it because they already paid off the car and I shouldn't be charged for the wear and tear. When I called their billing office, they said that only the remaining lease payments were paid, and it did not paid off the car. It only goes to show that their salesman doesn't know what he is talking about.

Regarding the settlement that they are trying to deal with me, they told me that they can help me with the wear and tear charges of my lease car as long as I will buy a car from them and they can just take off the charges of my lease car from the price of the car that I would like to purchase . Since my husband has a lease car from them too, I agreed to deal with them thinking that they will deal with me fairly. After telling them that I would like to purchase the lease van of my husband, the price that they offer me is not agreeable for me. I attached a document on how much they are charging me for the lease van of my husband which I would like to purchase. The paid off amount of the lease van of my husband is $28,598.48 and they would like me to pay $502 /month for 72 months and that would end us paying them $36,144 after 6 years.. The interest that they are dealing with us is $7,545.42 (36,144 - 28598.48). That's a lot of money. How could I agree with that settlement? Even if they will deduct the $2,713.26 (for the charges of wear and tear) I would still end up paying them $4832.26 more.

I just want them to clear me from the charges of the wear and tear of my lease car since their salesman causes me to have this charges. I have no more interest of buying a car or making business with them. I don't trust Miracles Toyota anymore.

Paid for service and repairs. Repairs and service was not done.
I had Taken my Toyota $ runner to the dealership for a few issues I was having with the car. Once I picked up car the the same dash lights were on and the issue was not resolved and was then advised that I needed some additional work. The advisor had called me and recommended induction cleaning and a power steering fluid change. I agreed. The car in still having issues and the power steering fluid was not changed. Therefore I don't believe that any work was competed and I paid them over $800 and no issues were resolved

Desired Outcome

I want to be refunded all cost and the original issue fix at the companies expense
