I am rejecting this response because: my concern is with the phone call I placedIt has nothing to do with the serviceAlso
please see the attached cleared check that was given to the contractor on the day of serviceThis check was cashed on 10/18/the day after the service was doneI received the paperwork that they attached on October That is when I learned they where placing a mechanic lien on my house and that they were going to sue me for the *** reviewDue to us paying for all services at the time the work was completed I do not understand the mechanics lean.As per the paperwork dated October 18, page that they submittedIt stated if I didn’t remove the *** review immediately they were going to sue me, which I removed that day The point here is I made the appointment with what I thought was *** *** *** as they stated on the phoneMy husband had no idea what was going on, as he thought I called a different company outNeither one of us knew what had happened until the work was completed and paid in full after I got off of work. remove

Business states that they stand by their prior responseAll charges were authorized by the customerUnfortunately, consumer may have had issues obtaining the correct numberThere was an obvious misunderstandingThe mechanics lien was only initiated based on the threats customer made regarding non-payment

Please see attached letter with my attorney's response, along with a copy of the fully executed contract and a picture of my work trucks.  This accusation is falsified.
