My name is *** *** and I am the owner of Miracles Happen here in Beaverton. *** *** did in fact come into my store to purchase the book: steps of the Adult children of Alcoholics and steps of the Adult children
workbook. I did in fact inform the customer that I do not give refunds but I would gladly issue a credit which she said she wasn't interested in
Customer was upset when I told her I could issue a credit to her and she DEMANDED that I give her a refund or show her where it was posted that I don't give refundsAt that time I couldn't think and didn't show her the sign till she left the store and was sitting in her carI went to her car and informed her that there was indeed in sign and I would show it to her but she wasn't interested

I'm not sure how to resolve this issue as she doesn't want a credit and I don't sell used items in my storeI will create a couple more signs to be sure future customers see my sign
