Review: I ordered products from this company's website in 2 separate transactions. I am in Arkansas and the products were shipped to Florida according to the tracking number on the package. I tried to contact the store on several occasions. They said they couldn't help me. They asked that I quit calling. They said they were not the post office and could do nothing for me. They were neither willing to ship the products to the correct address nor refund my money.Desired Settlement: I purchased the product using [redacted]. (2 separate transactions of $25 each). I have been in Arkansas as a [redacted] Scholar for several months and will be returning to my home [redacted] soon so I will not be in the country to receive a replacement.

Review: PLEASE NOTE I RECEIVE ONLY SOCIAL SECURITY.JUST BARELY ABLE TO MAKE RENT AND FOOD COSTS.THE CONDITION OF HAIR ENDS EFFECTS SCALP.MY HAIR WAS 2"-7".ONLY PREVIOUS ERRANT TEXTURIZED ENDS TO BE TRIMMED OFF.CONSULT WITH OWNER CLEARLY EXPLAINED AND SHE REPEATED THAT USE OF ONLY PLAIN SCISSORS, STRAIGHT CUT-NO TEXTURIZERS,THINNERS,RAZORS,POINT CUT,SLITHERING.SAME WAS CLEARLY EXPLAINED AND REPEATEDBY CUTTER.I HAVE TO TAKE GLASSES OFF DURING CUT.WHEN I LOOKED AFTER COMPLETED,THERE WAS SO MUCH THINNING AND SLITHERING DONE,THE ENDS ARE LIKE STRAW AND STRINGS,LEAVE HOLES AND GAPS,AND TRYING TO GET A COMB THROUGH IT CAUSES KNOTS AND BREAKAGE OF COMB--EVEN WHEN DONE GENTLY.THE BACK BOTTOM HAIRLINE WAS CUT UP UNDER HAIRLINE BY OVER 2" AND RAGGED AND ALL DIFFERENT LENGTHS AND TEXTURES. ENTIRE CUT DONE HAPHAZZARDLY.COMB DROPPED OFTEN-NOT CLEANED. CUTTER WOULD NOT REDO,OWNER WAS NOT AVAILABLE AT THAT TIME,I ASKED TO DEFER PAYMENT UNTIL OWNER WAS AVAILABLE TO SEE,AND I WAS TOLD I HAD TO PAY OR BE IN TROUBLE,OR GET IN TROUBLE AND HAVE TO PAY MUCH MONEY TO THEIR COUNSEL IF I REPORTED. THERE HAS NEVER BEEN A HAIRDRESSER IN MY LIFE THAT SAID SUCH THINGS.I CONTACTED OWNER AND REQUESTED SHE LOOK AT MY HAIR& REIMBURSE ME FOR COST OF HAIRCUT,& PREFERRABLY ADDTL REIMBURSEMENT FOR ONE DAMAGE CONTROL HAIR CUT AND ONE FOLLOW UP DAMAGE CONTROL HAIRCUT. ($49X3-4).PICTURES OF MY HAIR BOTH BEFORE,AFTER,AND USUAL OUTCOME WERE PROVIDED.THE OWNER&CUTTER WERE GIVEN VERY PRECISE PICTURES OF ALL TECHNIQUES&PICTURES AT THAT PRESENT&USUAL OUTCOME.BOTH CLEARLY REPEATED AND PROMISED THIS WAS NO PROBLEM AND WHAT I ASKED WOULD BE DONE. I CONTACTED SHOP VIA LETTER AND CALLS,WAS TOLD TO MAKE APPT,BUT WOULD BE PLACED ON HOLD,HHEN HUNG UP ON--5X'S.OWNER CALLED ME 2X'S,BUT NO MSG WAS LEFT.I CONVEYED I WOULD NOT TOLERATE ANY LEGAL COUNSEL BY EITHER SIDE,ONLY A PEACEFUL&FAIR&COMPASSIONATE MUTUAL RESOLUTION WAS WANTED.OWNER LOOKING AT HAIR&BASE REFUND $49-EVEN JUST REFUND $49 OK. COST OF 2 ADDTL CUTS WOULD HELP,YET BASE$49 REFUND ACCEPTED.Desired Settlement: ABSOLUTELY NO LEGAL COUNSEL USED BY EITHER SIDE1ST CHOICE-OWNER LOOK AT HAIRCUT AND REFUND OF $49 COST OF CUT MINIMALAS WELL AS COST OF TWO-THREE DAMAGE CONTROL CUTS=$197 TOTAL PAYMENT TO ME2ND CHOICE-OWNER LOOK AT HAIRCUT AND REFUND OF $49 COST OF CUT MINIMAL AS WELL AS COST OF ONE-TWO DAMAGE CONTROL CUTS=$1483RD CHOICE-OWNER LOOK AT HAIRCUT AND REFUND OF $49 COST OF CUT MINIMAL4TH CHOICE-REFUND OF COST OF CUT OF $49 MINIMAL

Dear **. [redacted], Thank you for your help via phone yesterday. It was most appreciated. I have a few questions that have come to mind after more careful considerations:

Can I revise my complaint via the conditions and amount of compensation for damages?I feel strongly that owner should look at the damages,and if makes choice not to look at damages as well as try to not compensate,then two to three times compensation might be fairly appropriate to request from her. After talking with professionals and lay persons in regard to hair cutting and ethics, etc.,it seems appropriate that the minimal amount of 3 haircuts should be compensated to me,since immediate damage control is needed where hair shredded and taken off,and then damage control is needed once hair in places cut off leaving only skin begins to grow backand remaining shredded areas near to and at scalp line can be then trimmed,and then damage control is needed once hair decent enough length and without damaged throughoutscalp to ends, to be cut and shaped appropriately. It will take until this point of growth andhealing of damages to eliminate significant irritation to scalp, also.

Also, confirmation that health guidelines in shop will be followed more appropriately in the future. I will forward to you as many pictures and info as possible via mail,as email is not possible to transfer/convert to reach you,and fax is very costly. Again, to reiterate, I am willing to be more than fair. I am willing to consider any/all optionsof compensation by owner---(exceptions of her doing hair or any legal reps involved on either side). I just want integrity via monetary compensation needed at this time to repair damages to obtain healthy hair and scalp. Kindly advise if possible to resubmit requests for compensation. If not, I will still be mailing to you what pictures and info I have. Respectfully submitted, [redacted]
