One star is too much for this company!!
Listen to the previous review , it sounds just like my experience with a fire restoration job, with Miraco. I ended up firing them off the job, but not until they were paid by the insurance company for 90% of it. I am now re-siding my home and the end of the problems brought up by my contractor concerning Miraco's crappy workmanship never seems to end. I have windows without screws to hold them into the frame. If I would have placed an air condition into the window, it would have fallen right out onto the ground.
It seems like every wall or roof section they touched is out of square. No roof edging on the shingles. Roof sags in the middle and it out of square from one end to the other. Interior trim was nailed in with nails that were to big causing the trim to split. One window had insulation from the attic sticking out of it. One wall is out of plumb by 3/4 of an inch and that was one problem that I confronted them with and they refused to correct it. I could keep going on about their work for 3 pages, but suffice it to say that you were warned. Now I am paying more money to fix what should have been done correctly from the fire.
DON"T ALLOW MIRACO TO START WORK ON YOUR PROPERTY UNLESS YOU WANT TO START A NIGHTMARE THAT WILL NEVER END!!

This company is very unprofessional, does not listen to clients needs, I never received a phone call stating when the work was going to be done, these people just show up with no warning, with cigarettes in there mouths, when I asked the company questions I was told and I quote "whenever there is a problem the clients don't want to pay there bill", when I went to pay the bill in person for the work that was never completed right, the owners son and some other guy were drinking beer, there were beer cans all over their so called location of business. I wrote the owner a letter stating my concerns, I never received a phone call or anything, be cautious if using this company.
